Perfect hotel for the location.

As with all of Vietnam the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Welcoming reception area, easy check in and our luggage taken to our room. Room was ideal, lovely view from the balcony. Only negative for us was a very hard bed. We ate once in the restaurant on our late arrival and then kept the kitchen open for us which was a nice touch. Breakfast had a wide choice but don’t expect too much for the English pallet. Eggs cooked to order how you want them, which we did and then had selection from the continental buffet. Hotel arranged taxi for the trips to the main attraction, but otherwise we used the Grab taxi app. All in a very nice hotel only 10 mins from the old town.

So close to the beach and the beach clubs. Lilly was wonderful and helped me with planning my day and advice on what was around the hotel. Free transportation to old town and a free shuttle to my next hotel. This was a last minute stop but five stars all the way around. Stayed 2 nights here

Great Cua Dai Hotel Beach Across Street

International Breakfast was Great, so many options. Close to beach, and we like it better than An Ban, wider and less busy. Free Bikes are old so drive care (steering). Old Man restaurant down the street very good. Friendly, helpful staff. 2 free shuttles per day to Old Town. We were there for 4 days and they offered a free Airport Shuttle to Da Nang Airport one way. Plenty of walkable places to eat. We had pool/Riverview room was scenic. New Hotel going up on ocean side so may not have oceanview rooms by 2026. Good Value, safe area.

Hotel is located in a relaxing area. The beach is right across the street. We stayed there for 2 nights. Everything was great. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was fantastic, room was clean, roomy, and in good condition. Biggest plus was free transportation to Hoi A night market and to DAD airport.

It was amazing for the price I paid it was superb. Its bit far from Centre, but I would not change my stay for that. Hotel has shuttle service and you can always get a cab. The staff is very friendly and will everything they can do to make your stay comfortable. If you are not happy with anything you can always ask for Yummy, she is part of team but very helpful and friendly I may go back just to say hello. if you are single, couple or family you will enjoy your stay .

This resort had a lot of cozy space: we enjoyed hanging out around the pool and in the lounge area. The staff were all very helpful, and the breakfast buffet provided an excellent variety of foods. Our room was advertised as "partial ocean view," which was a bit of an exaggeration as our room directly overlooked the garage (and the rooster!) of the house next door, and we could see the ocean only if we stood on tiptoe on our balcony and craned our necks. Another hotel is being built across the street, which will soon block any direct view of the ocean. However, the room itself was very nice, the property was well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay outside the busy old town area. This property was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

It was an ok faciliity, breakfast ok….about a 5/10. It made worse by constant rain for most of the time, so too cold to swim. There was constant mix ups with getting our room cleaned but the staff were generally pretty nice. Its a bit far from the old town and the hub of Hoi An…..5/10.

This property is so nice. The staff was extremely helpful. I don’t usually mention names, but it is very hard to forget Yummy, Lily, and Linda. They checked on us throughout our stay and they were very helpful in every aspect. The breakfast was good. The omelettes were cooked to order. I would like to mention the their spa provided the best foot massage that I have ever had in SE Asia. The room was always cleaned thoroughly. We were not able to experience the pool because it was rainy and cold, but it was really beautiful. This team or staff made our holiday season very relaxing.

Clean, quiet hotel close to beaches. Good breakfast, wonderful spa. Hotel offers a shuttle to Hoi An old town twice a day but it’s easy to get a Grab car to go wherever you want.

Overall I would say this is a good hotel (1) the staff are excellent and super friends (2) the buffet breakfast is very good (3) the free shuttle into the old town was also used. (4) The hotel is near the beach, maybe 200 meter walk and I could see from my balcony. Linda on the front desk and all the team were great. Seems to be a lot of building working going on around the hotel, like the development of a big new hotel virtaully right in front. Wouldnt say there is much happening at the hotel, so if you are after a chilled time then great. Gym was okish - would have hopped for a better gym given the rest of the hotel. (gym maybe 4/10), rest of hotel and experience 8.5/10.

The staff were all so attentive, kind, smiley and helpful and really made us feel valued .. they even addressed us by name at check in without us introducing ourselves! Hana and Lisa-No deserve special mentions for their hospitality. Nothing negative to say, rooms were large and clean with a colonial feel, the pool wonderful and breakfast was a great spread. Would definitely return.

The Wyndham Garden Hoi An is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The hotel offers lovely rooms and is close to the sea. However, Marriott is currently building a massive new hotel across the road from the hotel which both obstructs the sea view and generates a lot of noise during the day. Even the local beach is a construction site. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to an excellent local beach club but consider booking a river side room. The beach at the beach club is epic. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Hoi An old town which is a fab destination. The hotel staff offer great advice on which tailors to use in Hoi An and in general without personal benefit. Trust them. We had a lovely 4 nights at the hotel
