Spacious and Clean

We arrived after mid-night after plane delay, it was poring rain, and the all the lights was off (probably to save power?) When we approach the main door, making lots of noises, then entrance then lights up. The Bell Boy quickly rushed to out assistance and took our luggages out of the taxi to reception area. We didn't realise that out backpack was still in the taxi. Fortunately 5min after we checked, the taxi Drive return our backpack, the value contents were intact.

Good stay

The hotel is near to Dragon Bridge which is within walking distance and was really convenient for us to walk there for the night show at night. There are a wide varieties of cafes around that area too. As for the hotel, the room we stayed was clean and comfortable with 3 single beds. A buffet style breakfast with a wide range of food was provided.

Disappointing

Check in staff was unfriendly and hardly speak. Hotel room very basic, bed hard and small. The most disappointing experience is when we check out and requested transport to Bana hills, the staff insisted we have to hire private car. We didn't have enough Vietnam dong, so paid in USD, the staff refused to use the current exchange rate. We ended up paying more. Halfway to Bana the driver stopped at a small shop and insisted we have to buy the cable car tickets there and we paid more based on their unreasonable exchange rate. Seems like the hotel staff and driver are in cahoots.

Nice hotel that met our expectations.

Arrived by air after twenty hours of travel. Hotel was close to the airport and taxi ride was very inexpensive. Quick check in and nice room.

One step up from a backpacker hotel

Really small rooms. Not what we expected based on the hotel reviews, so was very disappointed. The air-conditioner was very load, so is the hallway so you can hear everything that goes on...we got very little sleep. It is a bit of a walk to all the shopping and activities. I wouldn't book this hotel again, rather look at hotels closer to the river where the heart of the city is. At breakfast you could tell it was for where large group tours and local business people booked into. Not a very good breakfast spread either.

Pleasant Hotel

Hotel is clean and lives up to the standard of a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is good. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy walk to the famous bridge and Cham sculpture museum. The bathroom is of good size, and the shower is comfortably strong. Overall, we are happy with our stay.

Great hotel near the airport

This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. We only stayed one night before our early morning flight, but we were impressed by the quality of the rooms and the amazing view. It is very close to the dragon bridge and the Cham museum, and the airport is 5 minutes away by taxi.

Clean room nothing amazing.

This hotel was okay. Nothing amazing. The pictures are nicer than the actual room. When we got there one of the bathroom light bulbs were brunt out. A piece in the corner wall fall off when my partner shut the closet door. Had to tell reception they fixed it pretty fast. The hotel service kind of sucked. One of the days we got back to the room late around 7pm and our room wasnt made. We had no soap to shower with. The reception said they were busy and delayed in cleaning our room and wouldnt be that day... Best part of the room was the view and the wifi.

room good,although window request was not adhered to.Discovered for extra $5 could have had river view! Breakfast coffee was cold (usual in Vietnam) and first day no bread at 8.30.a.m.Phone in room did not work for overseas calls, neither did one in reception.Receptionist did not understand much English-unable to help.

Pay cheap but get more than expected..........

Very good price. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly and quick response. Delicious breakfast, Asian style. Walking distance to the Dragon bridge and Han river. A little disappointed bc the new construction building block the view of the Dragon bridge.

Nice new hotel close to the airport and city

Had a great time in Da Nang. This hotel is very new, and therefore nice and clean with good facilities. The free breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food but was cold by the time we ate (towards the end of the breakfast time) so I would recommend you wake up earlier than we did! The hotel has hot showers, however only about 5 minutes worth before they start to run cold The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi to take us to Hoi An for a day trip, and also arranged our laundry. Unfortunately because of the rain our laundry was late and still damp when we received it. The bed was firm but reasonable, and we had a corner room with a great view of the dragon bridge. We were on the 9th floor I think.

friendly staff, clean & location is not too bad

The hotel is located near a lot of bars and restaurants. However, there are not many shops around this hotel but you can take a taxi for only a few minutes. The staff at this hotel are very nice and helpful. Overall, the stay was better than expected!
