The staff were outstanding, especially Lily, Vince and Lisa. A short text message to them and they arrive in 10 minutes to pick you up in an extended golf cart. And whisk you off to wherever destination you want to go within the resort. The food at the restaurant The Nep was wonderful for the breakfast buffet. A large assortment of breakfast food and so many different types of fresh fruits. But honestly lunch and dinner was just ok and I can't recommend it. A simple beef burger was consistently over cooked and very dry. And their Pho beef noodle soup was disappointing. A great option: We discovered the resort next to us, a short walk down the beach named "Fusion" is wonderful. They have a beautiful restaurant on the beach called "Char Grill" with very nice atmosphere. And offer indoor or outdoor dining, outdoors offers tables steps away from the beach and the crashing waves. And they use wood burning grills. The scent of smoke fills the air. And the steak is yummy. And for kids they also make an outstanding wood fired pizza. For lunch they offer another restaurant called "Fresh" that has a wide assortment of Vietnamese and Western food. There isn't much to see outside of the resort and you definitely need a car. I highly recommend a terrific local driver named Bryan at Bryan Travel Service that can suggest activities and places to visit eg., Hoi An and nearby Marble Mountain. Property was great, room was spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job. Lily, who checked us in and out, was also great and answered our questions about the area and Da Nang. Beach was beautiful and kept clean of garbage. Only minor criticism was that the pools aren't heated so it wasn't ideal swimming for the cooler days, but not a big deal.

We had a great time at Ocean Suites. It was a very calm location, great for families and groups that want more space. The location was perfect for us because it was in between Da Nang and Hoi An, and we were able to visit both multiples using Grab. Vince, Lily, and Lisa were super attentive and responsive on WhatsApp. Whether we needed to coordinate a day trip, request breakfast, or just had simple questions, they were there for us. We would totally return!

The staff are friendly, attentive, and very responsive. They created a WhatsApp group chat to share all the necessary information after we booked the hotel and arranged our pick-up. This made our trip enjoyable, although it would have been perfect if there had been a bathtub. The hotel is a bit distant from everything, but it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the NEP restaurant serves excellent food.

Our time at the Villa was super fun. We spent time at the beach, pool, and restaurant. The staff welcome us on the first day was attentive and friendly. The staff came to make breakfast for us was great, great food, they helped me to celebrate my daughter birthday by ordering a beautiful cake and it was perfect. The villa whete we stayed looks gorgeous from the outside but the inside was not very clean -- it was not well maintained. There was no front desk or reception as we expected, but instead, a member of the staff for this property was assigned to us. Check-in/check-out was at the villa and any communication afterwards would be done via a social media app (group chat) because I didn’t have a local phone number. Response time was quick in my case and the assigned staff was courteous. If you expect services like at a hotel/resort then this Ocean Suites might not be for you.

Great place for a get together. What impresses me most about this place is the dedication of the staff and how they would help you with every single query you had to make it a great holiday. We were there as a family and it was a great place for us to spend quality time. The place was peaceful, though abit out of the way it was manageable through the staff’s assistance who helped us on everything from transport, tours, restaurant recommendations. Special shout-out to Lisa for your patience and helpfulness!

We stayed at the Ocean Villa for four nights. The Villa was excellent and very clean. The small pool outside was perfect for the kids to play in. Jenny was superb with her communication and also providing fast on-site support. We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent resort with hospitable and very communicative staff. The resort was very clean. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Even had a washing machine which was very convenient. The beach area was also clean and while not completely private, it would be quite inconvenient of a walk to access the beach without going through the resort property, making it as good as a private beach.

amazing breakfast and staff. not very convient to order taxi etc. Tennis equipment was not good, can't even buy new balls. the pool restaurant was very expensive and very little quantities , best to leave resort to dine,

Best room with all facilities. Very excellent staff. Lisa arrange for the best rental car service where we went all around Da Nang and Hoi An. Nice breakfast, nice chefs. Travellers from India this one is the best hotel.

Property was located conveniently and easy to access other villas. However, false advertisement as it is no where near 6000 sqft... more like 600 square meters. We had 3 properties and each one of them were in different conditions. Was quite upset that we were mislead, but staff was wonderful.

숙소 컨디션은 물론이고 두개의 공용수영장 조차 깨끗해서 아이가 있는 집에서 가기 최고입니다! 위치도 호이안과 다낭의 중심으로 여러 곳을 다니기 좋아요! 또 리사와 제니라는 직원이 숙소 관련 전반을 도와줬는데 너무 친절했습니다!
