The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. Their rooftop bar and restaurant offers beautiful city scape views making it a relaxing place to have a drink after a long day. What stood out about my experience was the customer service from the ground floor staff especially. Mya and Lucie helped make our stay so convenient and put our mind at ease. They helped arrange private car rides and reservations for us, which was so appreciated during a short 2-day trip. The bellboys were so friendly and kind. 11/10 customer service experience!

Great stay even greater staff.

Lucie by herself has earned a 10/10 with her level of customer service. She offered trip excision ideas and options. Food recommendations and even walked me to view a couple of room options before I chose one. The rooms are nice and modern on par with the bigger brands found in Marriott. All of the staff were super kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back I visit Da Nang.

Check in was a breeze and the hotel staff like Mya and Rose are super friendly and provided very clear information. Mya helped to book the transport for us to Ba Na Hills and even waited by the car and provided a bottle of water for each of us. She was always available to help when we needed it. Rose was another gem of the hotel. She provided us lots of info on where to visit and eat and guided us to the various types of coffee in Da Nang like coconut coffee and egg coffee which is available only at cafes (no instant coffee). She also gave us a photo of her father’s swear-by coffee which turned out to be 1 of the most the popular brands of coffee produced in Vietnam land it was really good. We were so impressed that all the counter staff were friendly and speak very clear English and the doorman was also very helpful. Tje rooms are clean and relatively spacious except that we got a low floor which overlooks the swimming pool so it gets noisy on weekends when the hotel is more crowded. Breakfast spread is very good too. The location of the hotel is very central and usually takes less than 10 mins by taxi to go anywhere except for faraway attractions like BaNa Hills and marble mountains. We use grab. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Da Nang.

Me and my brother stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We enjoy the service they provided to us and the kindness of the staff towards the guests are just exceptional. What a great team at the New Orient.

The staff at NOH was so caring and attentive it made our stay. The extra attention to detail really was the cherry on top. Would recommend! Mya even gave us great recommendations for our next stop on our adventure. Top notch.

Beautiful Hotel on the Han River

This hotel is nicely located near the Han River......night club next door which did keep us awake for two nights late into the night - that was unfortunate as the room was wonderful and the bed a delight! Oh well. My favourite part of the hotel was the staff. The Vietnamese are welcoming and apparently trained well in hospitality. There were three from the staff that seemed to go the extra mile and they were Rose, Felix and Hoa (spa) and Hoang (7th floor restaurant). But, honestly, the staff was memorable and such always makes for a pleasant stay. My wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and the hotel knew and decorated our bed upon arrival and gave us a delicious anniversary cake. It's the human touch that always makes a difference. We recommend this hotel - but, ask for a room in the back if you are concerned about the nightclub activity. Thanks all!

Really great property to stay in, the staff were very friendly and great. Best part of the hotel is their wide variety of breakfast selection (which tasted great). We spent the beginning of tet lunar with this hotel so it was great to see the preparations for the new year. Unfortunately I did not get to use much of their amenities but enjoyed staying the hotel itself. The room was quiet and the bed soft, the only downside to the hotel is the property’s location other to that I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was very spacious with a tub and shower. The hotel was new and had a beautiful floral scent. There was a glass floor around the breakfast buffet which made eating at this restaurant a very unique experience. Most of all, I felt supported and looked after by Rose. She contacted me before the trip with ideas on how to spend my few days in Danang. I was very unorganized but when she was able to book me activities and tours even on late notice. She arranged for early check in and even met me at the hotel entrance as soon as we arrived on the property. She was so amazing that even on very short notice, she managed to have a personalized birthday cake made and delivered to our hotel. Rose was so kind, genuine and helpful. She helped me even late into the evening to help prepare our itinerary for the next day. She made my stay in Danang so memorable as I never had anyone stay in touch with me the entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel and one would be so lucky to meet Rose and have her look after you.

The staff was amazing. Rose assisted us with all our bookings to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An, coordinating all the logistics and tickets needed. Felix had great energy, and made us feel welcome upon our return from day excursions, and I enjoyed the conversations we had.
