No water on the first night we checked in, water was on and off while taking a shower, worse no hot water. No notice or warning was given. It’s only the next day it was fixed after complaining. There were mosquitoes (bathroom window was kept open by utility ladies) in the room and small gray ants. Pillow cases and towels have musty odors. No place to put soap and shampoo in the shower area, made it very difficult to take a shower. The place was very accessible and easy to go around Danang. The staff are very nice and accommodating to our needs.

The toilet was always getting clogged. The moment we got there and used it, it clogged even with just doing #1. The drain for the shower was positioned near the toilet so after you take a shower, the whole bathroom was floor was wet which made it hard to walk since it was slippery. The little wire shelf for the shampoo and conditioner was so weak that when i pumped shampoo, it came off. Overall stay for the type of room we picked was terrible. Staff were friendly.

With respect to the price, I would say the property and services are great. We just checked in at midnight and checked out in morning as the flight was very late and the property is just 2.5 kms away from the airport.

Our room was comfortable. It has a 3 way bathroom, ie a separate shower, toilet and vanity - love that. Unfortunately, the room was too stuffy without the air conditioning on but the air conditioning leaked and ran in to the toilet so that the floor was covered in water. We didn’t know what was causing the wet floor and I reported it to the front desk. A handy man was promptly sent to our room to check. We also loved the location. On arrival, we walked in one direction - it appears it was probably the tourist end of town. That evening, we walked in the opposite direction and we appeared to be the only tourists. Short walks to different worlds and experiences.

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it's great. The staff are helpful, the rooms are perfect and the location is ideal for a few days in Da Nang. Close to food and sights and easy to find. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I would stay here again!

Incredible views and clean room

The room huge and the layout of it was great. Very clean room and the view from the 9th floor is fantastic at all times of the day, you can see Dragon bridge from up there. Location was great, easy to get to and close to the beach and the airport and also close to loads of eateries. The staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged a car service for us. I would recommend this great hotel to anyone who would go to Da Nang.
