What a wonderful place! The pool is amazing. The breakfast is one of the best on the trip with made to order coffees and eggs Benedict. The staff are incredibly helpful without over whelming you.

The staff here are amazing from the check in with Hung and the wonderful staff in the Sol restaurant. You are made so welcome. Tram and Mai on reception helped me with a vietjet air change of flight booking..so grateful to them. The pool area is lovely food in restaurant so good. All meals were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best plenty of Asian and Vietnamese cuisine as well as Western. Couldnt fault anything from pick up to drop off.

Great property within walking distance to Ancient Town! They have a great pool and even better, a free shuttle to A Bang beach where they have access to free beach loungers. Very friendly staff!

Nice pool, room was a good size, breakfast was the best we’ve had in all of Vietnam so far (those donuts were to die for), close enough to the market to walk, but far enough that the noise wasn’t disruptive. AC in the bedroom could have been stronger but it was still working and cooling the room.

Overall great stay in Hoi An! Huge pool which is perfect for before or after sight seeing! Plus a kids pool so the adults pool is quiet. Lemongrass Spa is also lovely and very soothing for a massage. Property also has bikes and is a 10 min walk from the cute streets. Staff are helpful and our room was upgraded. Also a selection jb Ññ

Great stay

Had a great stay, the hotel staff were friendly and on top of things and really wanted to ensure we had a great time. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from old town which is a good distance because it's more quiet, they also have free bicycle hire as well, although I would not recommend using the bikes at night as old town gets way too crowded to ride through.

Great Customer Service! This was a lovely boutique hotel located not too far from old town. The breakfast was amazing and our kids really like the hotel. The hotel restaurant was a great place to get food and dinner as well, especially if you are tired and don't want to go back out to the town. We booked a two-room room connecting room but were upgraded to an two-bedroom suite. They had two pools, one for the adults and another for the kids. My only suggestion is that a fence or large tress shoud be put up because the kids' pools was facing a busy street and there was less privacy on that side. Otherwise though, we had a great time and all the staff were very friendly! Totally recommend!

Nice location and comfort.

This hotel is in a nice location. Easy to walk to old town and night market, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Grounds and gardens around the hotel are very picturesque with lanterns hanging in trees. Breakfast was good, as usual with this class of hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The hotel has invested in significant sound proofing that completely solved the problem older reviews mentioned about the motorbike bridge making noise. They basically enclosed the balconies with soundproof windows. You can open the windows and will be somewhat amazed at the clackety sound of the bridge as motorbikes go over it, but it all goes away when you close the windows. Kudos to the hotel for addressing this issue. They said eventually the government is going to close that bridge to motorbikes, and make it a bicycle and pedestrian only bridge. We used the hotel to book our tours and drivers, and found them to be very competitive vs. booking on our own or using Grab.

We had a wonderful stay at RiverTown Hoi An Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Anything we needed, they provided with efficiency and a warm smile. During our stay, my husband unfortunately fell ill, and the team went above and beyond to assist us. They not only recommended a reputable doctor but also called ahead to ensure the clinic was expecting us and arranged a taxi for our convenience. When we returned, the front desk kindly checked in on us and reassured us that they were available for anything we needed. Their genuine care and concern truly stood out. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a prime location. I especially loved the pool area, as they have a dedicated space where children under 12 are not allowed, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind. While this is rated as a 5-star hotel, and the service, staff, and location certainly reflect that, I do feel that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating compared to other luxury properties we stayed at in Vietnam. That being said, the level of hospitality we experienced more than made up for it. Overall, I truly appreciate the exceptional service from the entire team at RiverTown Hoi An. Their kindness and dedication made our stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Bathroom badly needs maintenance, will not return!

3 star experience, not 5 stars after coming from a 4 star hotel in Da Nang! The bathroom in the room is in desperate need of maintenance as the shower door doesn’t fully close and water leaks all over the bathroom floor. There was also mildew covering many of the shower tiles and silicone sealant in the shower stall, demonstrating obvious neglect for a hotel built in 2014. The bed was firm but okay and the pillows were nice. The room was quite noisy as you could hear other people in the rooms on either side and above. The food choices were okay for breakfast but it did not meet expectations for a 5 star rating. The gym was also in need of obvious maintenance as one of two ceiling fans and A/C units did not work. The staff were kind and helpful but unfortunately that is not enough for me to consider returning to Rivertown during any future visits to Hoi An. It’s too bad because the location is great!

Everything was just perfect. As soon as you arrive, they make you feel like home. Transportation, day trips, you call it, they manage all of it for you. Service was superb and the hotel restaurant was great too! 100% recommend it

Located towards the edge of the old town area the RiverTown Hoi An offers a peaceful location which is just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the main attractions. The room was a little dated in terms of furnishings but the beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom could use an upgrade, especially the shower where the seals were worn, causing the floor to become wet each time we showered. Staff were AMAZING. Everyone was genuinely engaged and took care of your needs. I was especially impressed by the breakfast buffet which was stunning. I am vegetarian and the hotel always asked me if I wanted anything else made to order, but the choice was so good this was not needed.
