Strandhoch 12 - Cozy apartment in the best beach location

This 55sqm 2 room apartment is on the second floor of the Döse beach tower block. In the living / dining area there is the large living / sofa bed, which can easily be folded out into a cozy bed for a third and fourth person. From the entire room you can enjoy a great view towards Döser Strand and the island of Neuwerk. The large balcony also invites you to relax. The kitchen was renovated in early 2019 and has a 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe and two single beds with a bed area of 90 x 200cm. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and a sink. Of course, the apartment also includes a free parking space and there is the possibility to park your bikes in a lockable room. From the high-rise beach building, you only cross the street once and are then directly on the Döser sandy beach.

Sehr schöne Lage - Kurzer Weg zum Strand- Busverbindung nach Cuxhaven oder Duhnen in unmittelbarer Nähe links und rechts vom Strandhaus- Bäckerei- Kosmetiksalon- Friseur - Italienisches Restaurant und Eisdiele- Minigolf usw.

Leider war die Ferienwohnung unzureichend gereinigt worden. In den Ecken waren teilweise Spinnweben und Spinnen. Das WC roch unangenehm aus dem Ausfluss. Viele Flächen waren noch mit Staub bedeckt sowie Fußboden unter dem Sofa.

Tolle Unterkunft, zentral gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man benötigt für den Urlaub. Die tolle Aussicht auf die Nordsee genießt man gerne am Abend auf dem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell am Strand und in der Stadt.
