Bereits zum zweiten mal die gleiche Wohnung , für uns Optimal . Gleich nebenan sehr gute Bäckerei . In absoluter Strandnähe , sehr gut gelegen . Restaurants, Frischemarkt, kleine Geschäfte ringsum , für jeden etwas dabei einfach toll.

Super Lage, super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, ganz nah am Strand und auch am Duhner Zentrum (mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Sie ist groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, wenn man viel Zeit draußen verbringt. Das Vermietungsbüro ist auch glich in der Nähe und reagiert bei jeder Anfrage zielich schnell. Ein paarr Minus-Punkte gibt es trotzdem... Mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen ist schwierig, da es auf der Straße immer wieder laut wird und wegen der Bäckerei gegenüber (ab 5.00 Uhr morgens wird es da laut). Bei heißem Wetter wird es in der Wohnung extrem heiß (bis 34°C) und es ist ist schwierig einen Luftzug zu "erstellen", da sich die Fenster nur auf eine Seite befinden. Alles in einem würde ich aber die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, allein wegen seiner Lage.

Sehr ordentliche Wohnung

Die Whg ist wie beschrieben , alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage so braucht . Sie ist Zentrumsnah und alles ist Fuß läufig erreichbar. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden , leider nicht direkt unterm Haus , sondern daneben , so das man leider an der Str entladen muss ( aber war Ok ) ! Für mich etwas negativ , weil etwas unflexibel , war das Vermietungsbüro . Denn trotz das die Whg frei war , war kein Bezug vor 14.00 Uhr möglich . Hier denke ich wäre " etwas " verbesserungspotential sicher ganz angebracht und würde die Wartezeit bei der Schlüsselübergabe vereinfachen .
