Tolle Wohnung mit Abzügen

Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern (1 und 3 Jahre) für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist neu, mit allem ausgestattet und auch für die Kinder war toll gesorgt (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Toilettenhocker, etc.). Was uns leider sehr gehört hat und weshalb ich einen Stern abziehen muss: das Bett war leider für meine Mann und mich sehr unbequem und quietscht auf der rechten Seite extrem. Das Problem wurde der Verwaltung gemeldet und hoffentlich bald behoben. Der Kontakt zu Frau Kordovan (Verwaltung) war vorbildlich und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen lieben Dank Frau Kordovan! Zur Lage der Immobilie kann man sagen, dass die Wohnung super liegt für Strandurlauber. Wer gerne Abends an der Strandpromenade flanieren möchte, sollte Fahrräder dabei haben. In Döse an sich gibt es leider wenig zu sehen… auch gibt es leider wenig Auswahl was Restaurants in direkter Lage zur Wohnung (Pizza, Döner, Fisch und ein Bäcker) angeht. Darüber hätten wir uns aber auch vorher informieren können und mindert die Qualität der Wohnung keineswegs. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir fanden eine neue, moderne Ferienwohnung vor, die sich durch eine geschmackvolle und vollständige Einrichtung auszeichnet. Die Lage ist optimal, strandnah und doch in einer sehr ruhigen Anliegerstraße gelegen. Weitere Pluspunkte sind die Tiefgarage und der Balkon zur Seeseite hin. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin des Objektes, Frau Kardovon, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt, empfehlen. Wir haben schon in ca. 45 Jahren sehr viele Ferienwohnungen und -häuser gemietet, diese Wohnung war einer der besten für diesen Preis.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung in Cuxhaven. Sehr modern und schick eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Mankos: Im Bad fehlen Haken für kleine Handtücher. Außerdem hat im Doppelbett die rechte Bettseite (zum Schrank hin) ungewöhnlich stark gequietscht. Wir sind regelmäßig davon wach geworden, wenn ich mal die Position im Schlaf gewechselt habe. Die Schlafkissen waren leider generell sehr hoch und entsprachen nicht unseren persönlichen Vorstellungen, aber das ist eine subjektive Wahrnehmung. Ansonsten war es wirklich top und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Besser geht's kaum

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Der positive Eindruck begann bereits bei der individuellen und persönlichen Betreuung unmittelbar nach der Buchung. Aufgrund des Key-Safes ist trotz Abwesenheit der Vermieter/Verwalter die Anreise flexibel und unproblematisch. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr angenehm, weil das Auto sicherer untergebracht ist und man bei Regenwetter trockenen Fußes zum Auto gelangen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist brandneu, absolut sauber und modern ausgestattet. Zugänge zur Strandpromenade befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker/Lebensmittel) sind auch gleich um die Ecke, ebenso mehrere Restaurants. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
