Casina Grassi is an old country residence at 500mt. from central Aradeo (country provided all the facilities) to km. 15 from the Ionian coast (Gallipoli, Santa Caterina, etc ..) and about Km. 30 from the Adriatic coast (Otranto, Castro, etc.) And the town of Lecce. Ideal for those who want to combine holidays in the countryside with a beach holiday. The villa of approx. 250 has three bedrooms, two bathrooms in the bedroom and one in the living area which has a large fully equipped kitchen that overlooks two loggias and living area with sitting area. The house is suitable for a minimum of two people (bedroom with bathroom) up to a maximum of 9 people. The villa is fenced along with another housing unit in it annexed and occupied by the owners and has a private outdoor parking. The house is equipped with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen; hairdryer in the bathroom, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV in the kitchen, Wi-Fi, board info (restaurants reports, beaches, boat tours, workshops .....)

Palace in Puglia

My family (4 adults and one 3yo toddler) stayed at Betty's residence for 4 days. What a beautiful house! Extremely spacious, really loved the feeling of being in such grand house in the middle of Italian countryside. Felt like having our own mansion. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and all the beaches and coastal towns less than 45mins away. Have breakfast outside in the terrace or in the front balcony, dinner in the other terrace with super nice lighting. Beds were very comfortable, aircon in all rooms although we really didn't need to use ours, even during summer the night was pretty fresh temperature wise so just opening the window was enough. Very good wifi as well to have calls and online meetings. Betty is an amazing host and she made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Truly a gem of a place, can't recommend enough.

Apuliens best gehütetes Geheimnis

Casina Grassi liegt etwas ausserhalb des Ortes Aradeo umringt von Olivenbäumen. Aradeo selber ist fünf Minuten Autofahrt entfernt und hat alles, was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt. Die salentinischen Hotspots Lecce, Gallipoli, Maglie und die wunderschönen Strände sind alle innerhalb 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist atemberaubend und besteht aus drei grossen Schlafzimmern mit hohen Räumen und alten, gut erhaltenen Möbeln, welche auf wunderschönen alten Plattenböden ruhen dürfen. Das Herzstück des Hauses ist die sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche, welche von zwei grossen Verandas umgeben ist. Die Gastgeberin Betty empfängt einem mit ihrer herzlichen und gewinnenden Art und bietet einen fantastischen Service, der an Qualität und persönlicher Note nicht zu übertreffen ist. Wir hatten mit unserer 6-köpfigen Familien die schönsten drei Wochen hier verbringen dürfen, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Wir können die Casina Grassi zu 100% weiterempfehlen und hoffen, hier in Zukunft weitere Sommertage verbringen zu dürfen.
