When I got there I was told there was no room available, even though I paid it in advance, so I had to waste my time to call Expedia customer support in order for this business to put me into a room.

I'm a frequent traveler to Peru. When I arrived, the name of the hotel was completely different and I was told that they did not have my reservation. Instead, they took me down the street to a much less nice location—nothing like the room I had booked—and I was told I could stay there. The room had no exterior view, the bathroom was full of mold, and I had multiple drunk people bang on my door during my stay asking to use my private toilet. I would not recommend this to anyone.
