Staff at this hotel were very nice and friendly. The room on the other hand had several issues. It was very cold at night and there was no heating. After reading reviews we went to ask the staff for a heater which helped somewhat. In the shower, half the sliding door was missing and the railing was not properly secured to the wall. If you tried to slide the door shut while showering, the door would fall out of the rail and on to you as you showered. Because the door was broken, water would get everywhere in the bathroom. The faucet in the sink was also broken and would spray water outside of the actual sink bowl. There was also no safe and no mini fridge which aren’t essential but are appreciated when travelling. Breakfast was quite mediocre compared to other similarly priced hotels in Peru. Location is about a 20 minute walk from the plaza. I would not recommend this hotel as travellers can find better for the same amount of money.

The view from the enclosed rooftop where you eat your complimentary breakfast is breathtaking!! Rooms are clean and well decorated. Staff is super friendly!! Best part was calling front desk for a taxi and it arrives within 5 minutes. Less than $2 a ride to the Plaza. Im seriously going back to this hotel.

Windows we’re taped close with packaging tape. Bathroom sink fawcett was really loose when turning it on. No shower curtain. Views are fantastic but hotel just felt like it was not being kept up. To me, definitely not a 3 star.

Hotel was OK, given the price. Room was too cold and there were no heaters. Had to wait 30 mins before someone attended to the main door, during checkin (not a big issue though). They were quite available the remaining few times. Hotel doesnt have Room service for food, so ensure that you have your dinner outside before resting for the night. There is a small convenience store on the 1st floor. Overall its nothing exotic, but comfortable for a short budget trip.

Just okay.

This place is definitely affordable. If you just need a placed to crash while visiting Cusco for a day or two, need to do it on a budget and are willing to put up with a little bit then this place will work for you. On the upside all members of the staff were helpful and attentive. The bathroom was in acceptable condition. The room was cold because no central heat was not available but very warm bed coverings were provided. An electric space heater of minimum power was provided but didn't change the room temperature much. The comforter had a small stain and the linens looked like they have been washed several times. Good place if you're willing to tough it out to see the surrounding area.

Good location with 10 min walk to main plaza and 30 min walk to Christo Blanco! Great staff, clean room, nice breakfast. If you dont want to spend too much on a hotel in plaza, Hotel Imagen Plaza is the best option!

To far away from town centre.

Not so bad a hotel, just not a favourable location. Staff was very helpful and a lovely spot provided for breakfast.
