The property is a fantastic location, could not be better placed for Cusco's central attractions. The first 2 nights of my stay I was woken by very loud music soon after midnight and I could not sleep until 4 or 5 am when it stopped.

Good location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas and mercado San Pedro. The staff was excellent and helpful. My complaint was the bathroom in my room, the shower had mold and the roof was old...definitely needs a remodeling.

The courtyard was beautiful and the rooftop view was breathtaking! All the staff were willing to help and make eggs upon request in the morning. And HOT WATER was a blessing. The location couldn’t have been better... right next to the plaza! Highly recommend!

The location is good, Good room, toilet with warm water. Breakfast started late but that's OK as I had time. Staff did their job, nothing more.

The Hotel Santa Maria is a two minute walk to the main square, the Plaza des Armes. I love the vintage quality of the hotel, and appreciate the warm and inviting Cusco vibe. The bountiful breakfast buffet includes freshly prepared eggs (any style) and ample seating for guests. A big desanyuno (breakfast) allows the visitor to start the day full and ready to see the sights of beautiful Cusco on foot.

The hotel is ok. Probably wouldn't be considered good by US standards, but for the price you really cant complain. It wouldn't be my first choice to stay at in Cusco but I would stay there again . It's a bargain.
