Nach telefonischer Auskunft stand kein Zimmer zur Verfügung. Erst nach Rückkehr in Deutschland stellte der Vermieter fest das doch ein Zimmer reserviert war und stellte Kostenerstattung in Aussicht. Keinerlei Hilfe von Expedia.
