The bathroom and room were clean and the breakfast was good in options. It is a beautiful place. Location is great. As a retrofit hotel, no elevator, little buffer from street noise, and nowhere to unload your suitcase.

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel located right in the heart of the city, and I couldn't be more impressed. The location is perfect — within walking distance to the Cusco main square with restaurants, and plenty of shopping & historic attractions. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to assist with travel arrangements, provide transportation options, give clear directions, and offer excellent local recommendations. Their friendly and attentive service made navigating Cusco so much easier. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Close to everything. Room, breakfast and staff was good. Nice to have purified water in the lobby to fill our bottles. The only negative was controlling the room temp. The only option was a fan and a window that opens to the stairwell.

The staff was very accompanying and organized for our group of 10. We informed the staff that we were leaving for our hike before breakfast was served, and in the morning, they prepared individual bagged breakfasts we could take with us. My luggage was held during the 4-day hike, and when I returned my bag was waiting for me in the same room I had before the hike. It was nice to come back to something familiar after sleeping in different beds for the last three nights. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay!

It is a very cozy hotel, I loved their interior design ideas - blue accents and native decorations. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Rooms and beds are spacious and doesn't have any scents. Location is also excellent with a nice restaurant next door and old city around the corner. And of course breakfast was incredible! Fresh fruits and different dishes to order from the chef, who's cooking it right in front your eyes; spacious and full of light cafeteria. Also all the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just love it and definitely will come back!

Enjoyable stay in the heart of the city

Great location near the major sights. The staff is also helpful and friendly. Overall, I find the environment cozy and cheerful, with sofas for travellers to chill and enjoy a cup of tea from their tea bar when not sight-seeing. The bedroom is also very comfortable with a modern toilet and shower facilities as well as a kettle for tea making in the room. A highlight would be the delicious breakfast spread with hot breakfast option.

We stayed here 2 nights and the staff were very friendly and had a driving service as well to pick us up and take us to the airport for a reasonable fee. They had a delicious breakfast included, and were very kind to take it to our room when we were feeling unwell with altitude adjustments. We had an early morning flight, and they also packed us to go lunches free of charge which they offered. The space was clean and felt luxurious, and safe. Everything we needed was a close 5 minute walk. Would stay here again and recommend, Thank you!

We spent a total of 4 nights at Cooper hotel boutique. Service was excellent, location was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding! It is a very cute place in the heart of the tourist district. It is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Cusco again.
