Ficamos no quarto 501. A persiana da janela não fechava. Pedimos manutenção logo após o check in, saímos às 15:30 e voltamos para o hotel passado da meia noite e a manutenção não aconteceu. Em contato com a portaria, nos disseram: não temos manutenção aos sábados. Perguntamos qual a solução, a reposta foi: vai ter que dormir assim mesmo. Verificamos que haviam lençóis sujos, pedimos para trocar, o recepcionista falou: pode deixar uma reclamação no site. Ou seja, dormimos com lençol sujo e as 7hs da manhã acordamos com a claridade no rosto. Péssima experiência
