The staff are super helpful, polite, and friendly, which makes you feel right at home. The entrance hall is unique and has an amazing vibe — perfect for relaxing or enjoying the entertainment. Great place. But having to pay 60 Reals to get the room cleaned is ridiculous. I stayed for 10 days and did not have the room cleaned for free not even once. Only recommend for short stays

Segunda estadia e o problema com o check-in continua. No geral fui bem atendido e supriu a necessidade!

Apesar desses pontos negativos, no geral o hotel vale a pena e eu consideraria me hospedar novamente.
