Vidros das janelas quebrados ( banheiro e saia), o frigobar não funcionou e estava com um cheiro horrível, liguei na tomada e ficou vazando uma água e não gelava nem a água, cozinha suja. A tv da sala super pequena parecia um monitor de computador e pegava muito mal os canais, imagem ruim.

Local precisa de algumas melhorias, se não fornece opção de café da manhã, coloque pelo menos um microondas, talheres e copos. Interruptores trocar da sala e aquecedor pois a sala de estar é muita fria e a posição do apartamento os prédios tampam o sol, por isso a necessidade de aquecimento do local. E chuveiro é a melhor parte do local.

O hotel é bom bem tranquilo, porem um pouco vejo por dentro nao vi câmeras de seguranças no corredor ou elevador, nao sei se estava passando por reforma mais o corretor tinha um cheiro de tinta muito forte... apesar do ambiente estar limpo, o jogo de cama esta com algunas manchas e rasgos e a tv estava com uma imagem um pouco ruim e controle nao funcionava direito.

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA

Decepção. No site encontrei algum opções e escolhi esta pelo conforto que teria, porém qual foi nossa decepção de encontrar uma local completamente em desacordo com as fotos cadastradas NO SITE. Local velho sem manutenção adequada, uma placa de estamos em manutenção logo na entrada do apto, mesa com mês enferrujados, cadeiras quebradas, um sofa rasgado, cortina velha e rasgada, banheiro com móvel estourando. A impressão que tivemos foi de que o apto não estava sendo usado , talvez para reforma, e colocaram algumas coisas la para que pudesse nos alocar. Sem contar que havia uma funcionária apenas para dar conta de todos os aptos e no café da manhã tb apenas uma pessoa para fazer tudo. Não encontramos a gerente para nos atender, segundo a recepção ela não trabalha nos finais de semana. Na saida, segunda feira, vimos a gerente fizemos a reclamação. Em fim nós sentimos enganados (propaganda enganosa). Espero que a Hoteis.com tome providencia qto ao ocorrido.

Péssimo, precisa de reforma urgente

Hotel muito velho, precisa de uma reforma urgente, portas descascando, banheiro com azulejos antigos e escuros, chuveiro enferrujado, não usamos pois ficamos com nojo, sofá rasgado, eletrodomésticos da cozinha no chão, a única coisa boa era a cama bem confortável e limpa. Acho que a reforma é uma questão de bom senso e o estacionamento tem apenas 10 vagas, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua.
