Wir verbrachten 13 Tage im Appartment von Casa Pietronedas klein aber sehr gemütlich ist. Da sonst keine Mieter da waren konnten wir den schönen Garten mit einem tollen Ausblick in die Ferne alleine genießen. Von Cupramontana konnten wir 2 gut ausgeschilderte Wanderungen unternehmen und abends gut Essen gehen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem und Herr M. della Schiava hat sich sofort bei uns gemeldet. Schönes Anwesen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön am Haupthaus in einem tollen Garten, einem kleinen Pool und lieben Katzen, allerdings sehr remote. Zum Meer muss man zwischen 45-66km fahren. Ist aber gut angebunden. 8km vom Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings wird es ab 2 Erwachsenen eng. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt und bei schlechtem Wetter nicht so gemütlich im Haus, da eng. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Bad ist schön.. ein paar Haken oder Ablage wären toll. Ansonsten aber ein tolles Anwesen mit netten Vermieter (zu dem wir leider nur online Kontakt hatten). Wer es abgeschieden und ruhig mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Mooi appartement in fantastische omgeving

Mooi appartement met zeer ruime tuin met diverse zitjes in schaduw en zon. Appartement is koel, voorzien van fans op beide slaapkamers. Ondanks hoge temperaturen voldeed dit prima. Eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Zwembad is prima om met warm weer in af te koelen. Omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Mario en Marianne:dank voor een heerlijk verblijf.

Die Ruhe geniessen

So ein schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten das Vergnügen die Vermieter persönlich kennenzulernen. Wir hatten sehr interessante und lustige Gespräche und bekamen viele Tipps wo wir hingehen können. Die Lage und vor allem die Ruhe sind klasse. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und beim nächsten mal bleiben wir gerne länger.

Wunderschöne Ferienunterkunft

Das Objekt liegt versteckt in mitten von Weinbergen. Die Umgebung ist super schön und die Unterkunft ebenso. Die Eigentümer waren vorort und so haben wir viele Tipps erhalten und schöne Abends miteinander verbracht. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Mooi huis in een prachtige omgeving

Genoten van de ruimte om het huis en de zitjes. Strand van Ancona op 40 min. Gubbio met het evenement Corso dei Rei was prachtig om mee te maken. Assisi is mooi en helaas zijn we niet toegekomen aan Perugia.

Prachtige woning

Wij hebben verbleven in de kleine vakantiewoning. Deze was van een hoog niveau. De woning ligt midden in een wijngebied en is te bereiken via een steile landweg. De woning is goed voorzien echter helaas niet meer voorzien van horren. Het opzet zwembad ligt deels in de schaduw waardoor deze in september erg afkoelt. Verder erg genoten van de rust!

Heerlijke ontspannen week!

Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad in dit prachtige appartement met super vriendelijke eigenaren. Alles klopt: volledig ingerichte keuken, prachtige badkamer met heerlijke douche, prima slaapkamer en slaapbank met verkoelende ventilatoren. Buiten zalige ligstoelen en zwembad, verschillende hoekjes om te zitten zodat je altijd de keuze hebt tussen zon en schaduw. In de buurt verschillende kleine en wat grotere supermarkten, heerlijk ijs, een borrel of een goede pizza, brood, alles voorhanden in het dorp. 20 min wandelen of 5 min met de auto. Makkelijk parkeren. Aanrader dus! Kleine tip in de zomer: neem een elektrische vliegenmepper mee..

Sehr nette Gastgeber und eine schicke Unterkunft

Am Stadtrand von Cupramontana gelegenes Ferienhaus, welches stilvoll eingerichtet ist und sich auf einem breit angelegten Grundstück inkl. Garten befindet. Ein kleiner Pool ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Blick über die Weinfelder ist spitze. In den Ort sind es mit dem Auto max. 5 Minuten. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Rundum-Wohlfühl-Haus

wir (2 Erw. + Hund) waren Ende September da. Ein super gemütliches Haus und ein wahnsinniger Blick über das Tal. Wir hatten noch nie ein Ferienhaus mit so vielen Sitzplätzen, so dass man genau nach Sonnenstand und Temperatur diesen auswählen konnte. Olga und Marco waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und waren mit Tipps uns Sprachkenntnissen zur Stelle wenn wir sie wieder mal benötigten. Tipp für Radfreunde: wenn man mit dem Rad ins Dorf radeln möchte, ist ein E-Bike unverzichtbar. Es ist wirklich sehr steil :) Es ist das optimale Haus wenn man einfach ausspannen und die Ruhe genießen möchte.

Unser wunderschöner Urlaub in Casa Pietrone

Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde!!! Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Die Eule am Abend in der Scheune, der Besuch vom Feldhase am Pool- wir waren Mitten in der Natur und habe die Ruhe genossen. Unser Appartement wartoll und als Mariann und Mario kamen, haben wir 2 sehr nette Menschen (Vermieter)kennengelernt! Euch beiden vielen lieben Dank für alles und wir kommen wieder

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir, mein Partner und ich mit unserem Hund, hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus und die Umgebung wurden mit sehr viel Liebe restauriert, was man sieht und auch spührt ;). Man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Die erste Woche hatten wir die ganze Unterkunft für uns, es war en Traum. Der grosse Baum spendet Schatten in der heissen Mittagszeit und der Pool bietet die zusätzliche Abkühlung. Die letzten drei Tage war eine nette Familie im Haupthaus. Der Aussenplatz für diesen Teil der Unterkunft ist leider noch nicht 'ausgewachsen' d.h. die Bäume die sicher mal Schatten spenden werden, sind jetzt noch zu klein dafür. Zudem ist der Platz mit den Liegen umgeben von zugewuchertem Lavendel. Was optisch schön aussieht ist für Leute mit einer Bienenallergie oder Hunde die Bienen jagen (wie der unserer) leider nichts, da der Lavendel übersäht mit Bienen war. Bei uns waren es nur die letzten Tage, deswegen konnten wir da gut ausweichen. Hätten wir uns aber die ganzen Ferien auf diesen Bereich beschränken müssen, wären die Ferien warscheindlich nicht so entspannt ausgefallen. Im Grossen und Ganzen hatten wir perfekte Ferien!

Ruhe und eine unglaublich schöne Landschaft

Meine Tochter und ich hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in Cupramontana. Die Wohnung war die schönste in der ich bis jetzt Urlaub genossen habe. Außer uns waren nur noch die 2 Katzen da. Ich bin mir sicher noch mal hier zurück zu kommen. Danke auch an Olga für die nette Unterstützung vor Ort. Die Landschaft in der die Wohnung ist war das 🤔ich sag mal so: Toskana ist auch schön. Aber dort noch schöner 😬😬 Und lange nicht so touristisch 👍 Zusammengefasst. Traumhaft.

Mooi huis in mooie omgeving

Casa Pietrone is een ontzettend mooi gerestaureerd huis. Toen wij er waren verbleven de eigenaren er ook. Een aardig stel uit Luxemburg, dat goed Duits spreekt. De tuin biedt genoeg mogelijkheden tot ontspanning. Ook het zwembad helpt hierbij. De omgeving is prachtig en het strand is 30km rijden. De behulpzame eigenaar, die ook Italiaans spreekt, heeft mij geholpen met de communicatie met een garagehouder toen ik problemen met mijn auto had.

Einfach toll zum entspannen

Wir haben hier zu dritt eine Woche im August 2019 verbracht. Eine herrliche Unterkunft, modern mit tollen Designtechnischen Elementen sowie vielen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich (7 x 4 m großer Pool, Hängematten, Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten). Mitten in den Weinbergen Cupramontanas gelegen, in denen auch schon mal der Traktor oder die Mücke vorbeischauen (aber wirklich erträglich), braucht man ein Auto, um die versteckten Schätze der Marken zu entdecken. Mit den Tips der tollen Vermieter Marianne und Mario ist das ganz einfach. Hier lernt man Italien ohne Touristen kennen. Außer an den Grotten von Frasassi, aber die unbedingt zu empfehlen sind. Tiefenentspannt sind wir abgefahren. Wir kommen wieder!!!
