Ein Wort beschreibt es am besten; perfekt!!

Wir haben hier 14 traumhaft schöne Tage verbracht. Vom Check in bis zum Check out war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss, mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern war diese, für uns vier, mehr als geräumig. Das Babybett konnte, ohne Probleme, gestellt werden. Eine sehr durchdachte Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Wer es penibel sauber mag, wird es hier lieben - Darauf wird hier sehr viel Wert gelegt!! Auch auf familiäre Freundlichkeit wird viel Wert gelegt. Man wird mit Keksen und Wein begrüßt. Bekommt Tipps für die Umgebung und jeden Wunsch erfüllt, wenn möglich. Wir haben die Poolanlage sehr gerne genutzt - ein Träumchen und alles so liebevoll gestaltet. Unsere 3 Jährige konnte sich hier so richtig austoben. Aber auch das Meer ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir waren immer mit Kinderwagen unterwegs und das war, trotz kleinem Anstieg, kein Problem. Auf dem Weg liegt ein fabelhafter Bäcker, eine super Pizzeria und ein Supermarkt. Man kann alles ohne Auto erledigen. Am Strand findet man eine kilometerlange, autofreie, Promenade - Haben wir geliebt. Der Strand in Cupra Marittima ist wirklich schön und das Wasser sehr flach abfallend. Direkt am Strand ist ein Spielplatz, den wir oft aufgesucht haben. Alles in allem, ein schöner Ort, für Familien. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Perfekte Ferienwohung

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig, sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Gleiches gilt für die Anlage mit tollem Pool. Man erreicht sowohl die Stadt als auch die Strände in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Cupra Marittima verbracht. Die Ferienwohung war sehr hochwertig, geräumig und extrem sauber. Elke die Inhaberin hat uns sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Gegend bietet unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten um die Ferien zu verbringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, vor allem der Poolbereich ist ein Traum. Alessia, Elke und Giuseppe waren immer für einen da wenn man sie brauchte. Vielen Dank an euch drei und an die Oma für den leckeren Kuchen. Die Lage ist genial. Man ist zu Fuss in kurzer Zeit am Strand. Auch nach Grottamare und San Benedetto ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite stella marina, l'attico, spazioso, ben arredato, con vista splendida sul mare dal balcone del cucinino e dalla terrazza che gira tutto l'appartamento. Molto pulito, silenzioso e come accoglienza una torta fatta in casa e due bottiglie di ottimo vino. Piscina ben tenuta come tutti gli spazi esterni molto curati. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Appartamento perfetto e...che accoglienza! !!!

Appartamento nuovo, spazioso, funzionale e moderno. Se ne apprezzano le finiture di pregio, la luminosità e la vista incantevole da ogni camera. Pranzare e cenare in balcone con sottostante piccolo borgo e poco più in là il mare è davvero unico. La piscina sul retro (oltre ad essere un ottima alternativa al mare nel caso di giornate burrascose) è un piccolo gioiellino. La distanza dal mare è fattibile a piedi con ciabatte, solo le ultime due curve con un po di pendenza sono leggermente faticose per gli anziani (ma davvero nulla di che). Consigliatissimo sia per famiglie che per coppie. La ricercatezza dello stabile, l ordine, la pulizia e l invidiabile posizione fanno di questo residence una perla rara. Complimenti ai gestori Alessia, la Sig. Elke e tutta la loro famiglia per quanto fatto, continuate così! !!

Die lange Anfahrt hat sich gelohnt!

Nach 11 Stunden Fahrt waren wir sehr erfreut über unser Feriendomizil. Sehr schöne neue Ferienwohnung, gute Ausstattung, tolle Anlage mit Pool, herrlicher Ausblick zum Meer und ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Meinen 3 Jugendlichen Miturlaubern hat der Pool natürlich besonders gut gefallen. Ein rundum wirklicher schöner Urlaub mit vielen Ausflügen und einigen Besuchen im "Morrison´s". Abbiamo soggiornato nelle ultime 2 settimane di Luglio 2016 a Cupra Marittima, in questo splendido complesso di pochi appartamenti: residenza Marano. L'appartamento è risultato particolarmente curato e pulito, arredato in modo molto moderno e con tutti i comfort. Situato al piano terra da un lato ma al primo piano dall'altro (con grazioso balcone su cui abbiamo mangiato sempre) si è dimostrato particolarmente comodo anche per le bambine. Molto utile e ben curata la piscina, ma anche l'angolo palestra. Cordialissima la famiglia che la gestisce, in particolar modo Alessia: abbiamo anche ricevuto in omaggio all'arrivo prodotti tipici del luogo, una buonissima torta della nonna e una borsa da mare. La posizione collinare ha permesso di avere sempre vento e fresco, non solo di notte ma anche di giorno. Molto vicino alla residenza e raggiungibile a piedi il caratteristico borgo medievale di Marano, teatro spesso di feste organizzate dal comune. Mare raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, anche se con 2 bambine piccole e vista la presenza di scalinate e salite, spesso si è utilizzata la macchina per raggiungere la spiaggia (non sempre immediato trovare posto ma alla fine il parcheggio lo si trova sempre). Insomma che dire, una location molto suggestiva e particolarmente curata che merita sicuramente di essere utilizzata per le vacanze estive. Famiglia Meneghin

PERFEKT!!!

Wir waren im August zum ersten Mal in der Residenza Marano. Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (9, 11 & 15 Jahre) haben sich in der "Suite Conchiglia" sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick? Sensationell!!!!Der schöne Strand ist sehr nah und wer mal in der kleinen, feinen und sauberen Anlage bleiben möchte, vergnügt sich einfach im Pool (toll: wenig chlor). Die Gastgeber sind ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Etwas Besseres findet man nicht. :-) Normalerweise fahre ich nie wieder an den gleichen Ort, geschweige denn zur gleichen Unterkunft, aber hier sieht das anders aus. Man muss fast wieder kommen! Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Der Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung war sehr erholsam. Wir waren zwei Ehepaare in einer Ferienwohnung und das ging super, da die Wohnungen sehr geräumig sind. Durch die moderne und saubere Einrichtung fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist auch die Aussicht auf das Meer und der schöne Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Also wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Die Anreise war ein wenig beschwerlich (Staus auf italienischen Autobahnen) aber nachdem wir die lange Anreise hinter uns gebracht hatten, fanden wir eine außerordentlich gepflegte und toll eingerichtete Wohnung vor. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen und haben uns wertvolle Tipps geben können. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder (5; 1 und 14) ideal - trotzdem sind wir jeden Tag ans Meer. Auch die zahlreichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung bieten für jeden Geschmack das richtige... Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-) Familie Silzer aus München
