-DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Apartment Sunset, located in the highly-desirable Maritime neighbourhood of Cunit, just 100m from the wonderful sandy beaches. This third-floor apartment forms part of a small residential complex which boasts a large swimming pool surrounded by trees. There is also free and secure underground parking.



The apartment has been tastefully decorated with a variety of artwork and solid furniture. It offers air conditioning in the living room / dining room and main bedroom. In the other bedrooms there are ceiling fans fitted to keep you cool. There is heating throughout the apartment. It offers a strong wifi connection, large patio doors and windows with beautiful views. The two smaller bedrooms back onto the trainline. Trains do not run throughout the night. They run from around 6.30am until around 11.30pm.



Upon entering, you'll find a welcome station containing a helpful home manual with local guide and personal recommendations.



There is a large open plan living area with a comfortable sofa and a modern dining table which seats up to 4/6 people. From here, you access the private balcony with sea views which is perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the warm Mediterranean air. From the balcony you can also climb the winding staircase which leads up to a spacious private roof terrace which is perfect for lounging in the sun, enjoying a BBQ and taking in the breathtaking sunsets.



The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.



There are two bright double bedrooms, one offers a double bed and the other twin single beds which could also be joined to make a second double bed. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, quality beds and mattresses and bedside tables and lamps. The third bedroom is fitted with modern low bunk beds, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe.



The apartment has two tiled bathrooms, one is fitted with a shower and the other has a bathtub with shower fittings. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.



The Paseo Maritimo with its variety of restaurants, bars and sea views is a short 5-minute walk away. If you fancy visiting Sitges (15 minutes by train) or Barcelona or Tarragona (40 minutes by train), the train station is close by.



There are local parks and watersports facilities where you can enjoy windsurfing, surfing, paddle surf and kayaking. You can also hire jet skis and boats at the beautiful marina in Vilanova i la Geltru, the neighbouring town.



The apartment forms part of a residential block of apartments and as such, this is not a party destination. The main guest must be over 21 years old to book and we require a damage deposit via a 250€ credit card preauthorization. No money is ever taken or blocked assuming no damage is done to the apartment. The preauthorization automatically cancels 10 days after checkout. There is a 6€ charge for setting up the damage deposit.

-ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The apartment forms part of a quiet residential complex that offers a communal swimming pool. Guests are free to use these areas but must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.





Before booking please be aware that, to keep you and property safe, we require the main guest who makes the reservation to complete a short verification process.



We also require a credit card preauthorization of 500€ for the damage deposit. No money is ever taken or blocked assuming no damage is done to the apartment. The preauthorization automatically cancels 10 days after checkout. There is a small 10€ handling fee for setting this up.



In Catalunya all property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and provide it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in so please have your identity cards or passports ready if this has not been completed beforehand online.



All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1 per day per guest up to a maximum of €7 per guest.

-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioner, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees.

No smoking in the apartment, but there is a community space upstairs on the roof.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
