The price is to high for the place and the service. The bar restaurant closes to early. The furniture in the rooms are as old as the building itself and bath was not clean or washed.

The rooms are dated, and in need of a big facelift. The pools are promoted as relaxing with adult only pools and a quiet, tranquil environment. The indoor pool was filled with kids jumping in and screaming. The pools overall we so loud and not relaxing. The potential is there but no one seems to implement the rules of the pools. For the price paid, it was definitely not a relaxing experience!

We go for the hot springs, hotel is vwey old and "charming" but rooms very outdated. Thw hallway to the room had at least 4 or 5 different stains on the floor.

the room was clean but they forgot to put water and rob for pool and then we asked front desk for 4 of those and they said sure but the service lady brought those up she was so angry when she was giving it yo me she gave 3 and i said sorry we are 4 people and we need 4 rob to go to the pool she throw all robs to me and said here here you can have all and what i did was take one and close the door because didn’t-want to rouen my vacation

Both lifts at the est tower were out of service during our stay. The Wi-Fi was so bad that we gave up using it, only to discover that the front desk didn't provide us the actual one with password. Quite disappointing as the front desk didn't offer anything at checkout, and just a 'Ops, sorry'. Better luck next time, I guess.

The hot springs are a gift, and perfect for young kiddos learning to swim. The rooms are old and certainly could souse updating, but cozy and comfortable. We got a room in the animal corridor so there was occasional but bearable barking. There were carpets as old as the building in our room but it appeared most other rooms floors had been updated.

The staff was a 5. The spa did not have a record that we booked over a week ahead. The room had a treacherous step going to the bathroom. I had wheelchair parking and could have easily fallen and re-fractured my leg.

THE PICTURE ON THE EXPEDIA WEBSIGHT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE ROOM YOU RECEIVE. VERY DECEPTIVE AND DISAPPOINTING. YOU END UP IN A VERY OLD ROOM IN THE OLD PART OF THE HOTEL.
