300 GBP. Good Housekeeping Bond. The Milk Shed is a smart single storey cottage converted from a barn on a small holding a mile from the Devon village of Plymtree. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a zip and link twin, with a shower room with walk-in shower basin and WC. The living area is open plan with a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent but sorry, no smoking. Outside is an enclosed garden with picnic table, barbecue and caravan for children to play in, plus an open sided games barn. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is a welcoming basket of goodies on arrival. Note: There are steps leading into the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There is an additional £25 pet charge. Note: Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times due to livestock being close by. With easy access to the M5, The Milk Shed is a brilliant base for enjoying an interesting Devon holiday. Note: The garden is currently unavailable for guest use. With prior permission, guests may use the three-quarter-acre paddock for walking their dog.
