Beautiful top floor unit with unobstructed views of the breathtaking Smith Lake. The condo features 3 bedrooms with each having their own bathroom, an open concept kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings, and a balcony overlooking the lake. Amenities include two pools, pickle ball court, basketball court, club house, workout space, and private boat slip. All bedroom have smart TVs and wireless phone and watch chargers. Multiple family games, fishing poles, and outdoor recreational items included. Full stocked kitchen with all cooking and baking supplies. Blender, toaster, slow cooker, and Keurig all available. Each bathroom will be stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and make up remover cloths. Travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion will be provided. Guest will have access to the entire condo and all amenities. We will be available to help with any questions or concerns during the guest stay. Established lake front community with many residents that call Mallard Pointe home year round. Free parking on site with east access to stairs or elevator. Pool is well within walking distance of the condo. The clubhouse, second pool, gym, basketball, and pickle ball courts also have free parking. This is a developing community and may have areas of construction at times with the addition of a boat ramp, golf cart charging station, and new condominium building.
