Comfortable enough little house. Fantastic backyard for the dogs which they absolutely loved. No exhaust in the bathroom was a bit challenging (think loo smells) given it’s next to the kitchen/lounge ( Easy install through the fibro wall). Otherwise we enjoyed our lodgings.

It has everything you need for a relaxing break. The location is very quiet with the reserve leading to the inlet across the road. Easy walk to the boat ramp and no issue with the walk to the beach along a very safe path

It was a lovely little basic coastal cottage. We were happily surprised that there was a tv even though it wasn’t listed. Our dog was very happy with the big back yard

It’s Alright

No lock on bathroom is crazy to me and there is only 1 tap on the outside of the house terrible if you take your boat not aloud to go on grass so you can’t even flush your engine or wash your boat would suggest bringing a very long hose other than that pretty nice house lovely location can walk straight to the water in front of you but don’t think I would suggest it if your a fisherman unless you have a big hose

Great little house by the river

We loved our stay at this cute little original beach house. There was everything we needed to cook and cater for Christmas lunch. The house is across the road from river reserve, not far from beaches and lake.which is part of National Park and full of birds. We swam, kayaked, snorkeled and surfed everyday. The house is not right in the very heart of Culburra though it is close which was perfect for us. Can hear the sound of the ocean and it maintains the feel of a smaller town village which we really liked. Deb was fantastic to communicate with; very generous and responsive. We would definitely go back if holidaying in the area again.
