Senti falta de um dispositivo de álcool gel em todo o estabelecimento!!!! Pra lá de necessário…. Tivemos uma pandemia, esqueceram?!…. Em todos os locais, próximos as portas, refeitórios, banheiros,…. Queria registrar o estrogonofe super salgado que comi no Íbis, pensei ser um evento isolado,…. E no dia seguinte pedi um Ibis burguer, ruim, de má qualidade, sem sabor e endurecido! Se está no cardápio polpa de fruta, tem q ter polpa de fruta! Fiquei 5 noites e nada…. Colocar bem CLARO PARA SER VISTO e lido que aos domingos a cozinha não abre à noite! As batatas fritas estavam ótimas! E por favor tirem da recepção a informação antiga de “colocar máscaras nas dependências do hotel”, polui e é inócuo! Excelente corpo profissional em destaque Emanuelle e Isaías, maravilhosos! Cama limpa, banheiro limpo e toalhas ásperas mas limpas! Excelente café da manhã! Parabéns no capricho! E repor a ducha higiênica do 472. Se tiver que ficar num hotel vou procurar o Íbis! Sem mais! Espero ter contribuído! Td de bom!!!!

Quando chegamos ao hotel tinha a surpresa de pagar pela diária do estacionamento, e ainda era descoberto. Pelo valor da diária o quarto era ruim. A cama era bamba, o ar condicionado gelava pouco, considerando que era Cuiabá, local muito quente. Não voltaremos mais.

Perto e Longe do Shopping

A grande razão para ficar no Hotel Ibis Cuiabá seria a sua proximidade com o Shopping Estação. Porém, esta vantagem ser perde pelo fato que o acesso a pé ao shopping é muito ruim, em terreno não plano e sem faixa de pedrestres, o que torna a travessia pela via principal um risco. Alem do que o Hotel precisa se equipar mais. Pedi um abridor de vinho e fui informado que pelo fato do hotel não vender vinho, não havia necessidade do objeto. Recomendo corrigir...
