This nice first-floor 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment is located in a well maintained secure gated complex in Palomares with the beach and bars/restaurants within a 15min walk or a 5 minute drive from the property.
The property comprises a good size open plan lounge/dinner with sliding patio doors leading out onto the terrace that overlooks the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, and fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms a double bed in one and two single beds in the other both bedrooms are light and airy with single patio doors in each with enclosed Juliette balconies.
The property also has private parking underground.
