THE HOME…

KEYSIE DOES IT was designed and furnished with comfort in mind and the end result is perfection! The open living area offers plenty of space for your group to spread out. The living room features a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating options, including the large sofa that pulls out to a Queen sized sleeper. From the living room, you will have access to the private balcony. As you head downstairs you will find your own hammock to relax beneath the large travelers palm. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and tools you’d expect in a high-end rental home. Dining options include an indoor dining table that seats four, three seats at the kitchen bar, and a 6 seat dining table under the house. Want to cook up your fresh catch or burgers? A propane grill awaits you downstairs.

THE GATED COMMUNITY…

KEYSIE DOES IT is one of eleven homes located within this private, waterfront community. The gated community has a heated pool with views to the bay. Surrounding the pool are chaise lounges available for guest use. Didn’t bring a boat and want to explore the bay? No problem! Rental boats are available through Last Key’s concierge or you can grab the kayaks, life jackets, and paddles that are included with the home downstairs. Just caught some fish? There is a fish cleaning stand right on the community’s concrete seawall where you can filet your catch of the day.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
