Room was clean but dated. Phone service in the room did not work and reported this to the front desk. Was told the hotel had been hit by lightening the previous week and it hadn’t been fixed yet. If you needed anything you had to go down to the front desk. Sink had huge crack. It did not leak but we were not moved to another room when this was reported to the front desk I was told they would put a note on it. No way that recently happened. Did not receive room service the 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. The first night when we arrived the room had been cleaned. The 2nd and 3rd nights no room service at all. Went to front desk to inquire if room service was available and was told it was. The desk attendant asked if we placed a do not disturb sign out on the door - we had not and there was not one in the room. Had to request towels 2 of 3 nights we stayed. Waste paper baskets were not emptied. I read reviews which were mixed. My suggestion would be to not stay here.

Hot tub was wonderful in our room. Wish they would of had one by the pool. Overall nice hotel.

This hotel was in a convenient location. They gave us a ground floor since we had a dog, and we had easy access to the outside. The staff people were great!
