Decepcionante

Ficamos 2 dias e não gostamos: Quarto pequeno e escuro faltando criado mudo e mesa de apoio, janela abre para o corredor obrigando a mantê-la fechada (privacidade). Em cima funciona restaurante com piso de madeira transferindo o ruído de passos e arrastar das cadeiras direto para o quarto. No dia seguinte relatamos o fato ao funcionário e manifestamos desejo de sair, pedindo restituição da diária do dia seguinte e não fomos atendido. Existem no local, pousadas melhores, tanto em preço e localização. Não voltaríamos.

Avaliação pousada Bella Mar

A pousada muito boa em termos de limpeza e hospitalidade dos funcionários . Senti falta de uma TV no quarto . O café da manhã e bem básico, simples e gostoso . Ponto ruim é que fiquei em um quarto na parte de baixo, e em cima é o restaurante e onde serve café da manhã, e faz muito barulho . Outro ponto ruim, foi o chuveiro, quando abria muito, a água ia para o lado, muito ruim para tirar o shampoo do cabelo 😒 Fiquei dois dias. Paguei 3 diárias . Por conta do horário da saída que foi as 20:15.
