On the ground floor of the house is the laundry room with some board games. The upper floor consists of 1 living/dining room with kitchen, 1 balcony, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate WC. The upper floor has direct access to the pool area. The well-kept outdoor area consists of a terrace with barbecue, a garden, the pool area and the beautiful pool itself, which can even be heated. The pool heating makes it pleasant to use the pool even in spring and autumn! 2 parking spaces are available in the courtyard. All rooms are air-conditioned (4 air-conditioning units). 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The landlord lives in the neighbourhood.
