I loved this hotel and felt very special. The only thing I would look to improve would be the bathrooms. Whilst I understand the need to keep the regency suite as a 60 year old I found it a little unsafe getting in and out of the bath to have a shower without a bath mat or firm footing beneath me.

Fantastic stay

From booking to leaving the whole experience has been amazing.we had a very pleasant greeting and our room was upgraded. The room was on the first floor , very pleasant room with settee seperate bathroom , tea coffee facilities and robe with slippers. We used the spa and the breakfast was included i had porridge and toast with ample tea. My husband upgraded to an omlette which was tasty. Fantastic service and we were made to feel special. Thank you

Brilliant hotel, highly recommend.

Overall I loved this hotel and most of the staff were amazing, particularly the doormen and breakfast staff. However, the reception staff could definitely have been friendlier, more welcoming and less robotic on arrival.

4 wall and flat roof view from room window, if had known this i won't of booked this hotel,specially the mount CHARGED for it not worth money. Ac air vents in room not been cleaned in along time, fluff and dirt. Water leak from side of bath when showering. Plus room fridge had to be replaced as wasn't cold only hot temp.

This hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed about gorgeous facility, fancy atomosphere, good service and nice breakfast in the restaurant. Only one thiing dissapointed is one broken shower lever.
