You’re just a 1-minute stroll to the water and a 2-minute walk to the shops and tavern, so mornings can start with a dip or a creek walk, and evenings can finish with dinner and a drink without ever needing the car.
The unit’s northerly aspect means it’s filled with natural light and captures gorgeous views of Killick Creek, while staying nicely protected from the winter southerlies. The elevated verandah runs the length of the home, ideal for long, lazy lunches. Fire up the BBQ, swing in the hammock, or simply settle in with a drink and soak up the view.
Inside, it’s comfortable and family-friendly, with Wi-Fi, smart TVs for easy nights in, and fans in both the master bedroom and living room to keep things cool after a day in the sun.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

The position of the property is great. And is so close to everything. It is a bit run down and needs a face lift. But over all if you want to be close to everything this is the place.

Great Location

The property is in a great location, very easy walking distance to the creek, beach, and shops. Odd check in and out times, not standard, so be aware you will be checking out quite early (9am). It could definately use updating, and it is not the place for you if you require an airconditioner. But the location is fairly unbeatable if you don't mind the heat. Great if you are travelling with a group that is staying at the caravan park.
