Voco Newbury Hotel is a spotless place with beautiful, large rooms that have everything you need. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff was okay overall. The only downside is the noise, it’s very easy to hear everything from the rooms upstairs, including walking, talking, and other noises, which can be disruptive.

Barely any pillows in room. The entire stay was so loud from hearing the loud music from bar area to something hitting our windows at midnight and loud stomping/running above us all night. Barely slept. Tv had lines through it. The mirror option on remote didn’t work. Water kept going hot to cold in shower. Wouldn’t recommend. Restaurant next store had limited menu of pizza and one burger. Restaurant in hotel was closed.

Our visit started with Christy at the front desk. We had arrived prior to check-in time. She found a room for us and quickly had us on our way to our beautiful room. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious; service was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
