About the home
“Beach Life at Cowes” is a lovely townhouse in a brilliant location in central Cowes, across the road from the beach and easily walkable to the many supermarkets, cafes and restaurants that Cowes has to offer. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below.
Indoor Areas
Downstairs the entry provides internal access to the Garage, as well as a fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer), a Bathroom (with shower over bath & Toilet), Bedroom 3 (with BIR) and Bedroom 4 (with sofa, 36" TV & access to the rear Patio & Deck). Upstairs is the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 55" smart TV & Fuzbol table) that flows out to the front Balcony. Also on this level are Bedrooms 1 & 2 (each with BIR) and another Bathroom (with shower & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The home has both a balcony on the first floor as well as an enclosed rear courtyard. There is room for two cars in the double lock-up Garage (which has internal access to the home). The shared facilities available include a solar-heated in-ground pool, communal outdoor shower and a shady BBQ area, plus some additional communal parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners; one in the upstairs Kitchen/Dining/Living room and the other in Bedroom 4, ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1 & 2, plus one additional stand-alone heater which can be used where required (stored in Bedroom 3).

Perfect location, well within walking distance of beach and town. The townhouse itself was exceptionally clean, well maintained, organized, and secure. A great place to stay.
Excellent accommodation with very good kitchen, bathroom amenities. Although we had no need to use them, there were great provisions for a family (toys, games etc). Walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants.Would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay lovely bedrooms beds very comfortable. Everywhere was super clean and tidy. Plenty of toilet paper and bin bags, etc. Will definitely go back. Thank you…
