I had 3 double queen rooms. Teo of the 3 didn't have heat. They brought us a space heater for 1 room and we had to trade the other room for a king size room. They refused to refund us any money. Staff was very resistant to help us .

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. you was 3 double bed and out of 3 room one room have heat problem and we upgrade your room right away, and then you stay with us 3 night and why you have get refund after using our service for 3 night and no one ask for refund any way because out of 3 room there is no one have any trouble and in your every room have more guest then limit . I did not feel welcom by staff every thing was a problem

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
I arrived the desk person could not find my reservation . After an hour of calling every one, I still was un able to get two bed because I booked with an out side company.

Won't Be Returning

First I get there and I was doubled charged for the room so I had to wait 4 days after my vacation was over to get a refund. The cleanliness was ok. The carpet was clean so that was a plus for me. The complimentary lotion had been opened and refilled. The heater was broke so the owner kept coming up to our room to check until finally it got to almost 65 in November. They brought up an old electronic heater that still didnt keep the room very room. So instead of wearing pj's to bed we slept in sweats every night. The breakfast was ok, 2 types of cereal, milk, coffee, juice (had to ask for the juice machine then they turn it back off) and 4 danishes!!!!!!!! He made sure he watched what we had!!!!!!!!
