I booked home for my crew of electricians. We are working out of town at the local church and giving them a place to stay that is more of a home is so much better for morale. The men loved the house and we would love to book again.

I did talked with host. All the amenities were good. We did had problems with shower had low pressure. But the host called the maintenance person and they fixed it. It was a good stay.

What a lovely home. New build so everything is in great condition. Location was perfect, close to everything. Kelvin was very easy to communicate with during our visit when we had questions.

This home was equipped with everything necessary for a great vacation and more. This home has two master bedrooms with their own ensuite. Separate but open floor plan. Beautiful mountain views from the dining area. Spacious living space with a ping pong table in the garage. My family enjoyed this home so much we will be coming back soon. I would definitely recommend to extended family and friends to visit this home. Kelvin was exceptionally accommodating and answered questions quickly. Thank you Kelvin for being a great host!

Cottonwood/Sedona

The listing is very accurate. Well stocked and the location was perfect for us. Cottonwood is active and friendly town nestled near Jerome and Sedona. The host was quick to respond. We had a great time. We only encountered one problem upon arrival. One of the bathroom toilets was unable to flush. They tried to find a maintenance company to fix the problem but were unable to find one during our trip

The property was new construction. The house was very nice.

The posting we rented showed 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house only had 3 of each, but we made do with that. The house looked to be new construction. The yard had not been developed yet. All in all it was an enjoyable time.
