Wenn das Wetter gut ist - super

Für nicht so ganz geländegängige Fahrzeuge - wie unser Oldtimer - nicht leicht zu bewältigende Anfahrt. Insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit super Pool inmitten einzigartigem Parkgelände.

Ein Traum in den Marken

Hier passt wirklich alles. Eine perfekte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld, eine gute Anleitung mit den wesentlichen Infos und eine exakte Wegbeschreibung, mit der man das Ziel nicht verfehlen kann. Das Haus ist wunderbar außerhalb des Ortes sehr ruhig gelegen. Garten und Pool sind der Wahnsinn. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, auch Klimaanlage und Heizung fehlen nicht. Wohlfühloase in den Marken

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein echter Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Der Pool und der Garten sind super schön und man fühlt sich dort völlig unbeobachtet, selbst wenn die andere Doppelhaushälfte bewohnt ist. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick in die schroffe Hügellandschaft der Marken. Tagsüber und nachts ist es dort sehr ruhig. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort. Die Hunde haben sich dort wohlgefühlt, und der Garten war ausbruchsicher und hoch genug eingezäunt. Das Haus liegt gefühlt einsam an den Hängen von Cossignano, und trotzdem läuft man in ca. 10 min den steilen Feldweg hoch in den Ort Cossignano, wo es eine Bar gibt und gute Restaurants. Die Zufahrt zu dem Haus erfolgt über eine teilweise recht steile unbefestigte Straße. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und sie antwortete immer schnell. Der Check-in erfolgte kontaktlos. Fazit: ein Traumhaus für Leute, die Abstand vom Alltag brauchen.

Stilvolles Traumhaus mit liebevoller Gastgeberin

Dank der sehr guten Beschreibung haben wir das Grundstück sofort gefunden. Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Das Meer ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele kleine Orte in der Umgebung laden zu Verweilen ein. Das Casa da Mira selbst liegt auf einem Hügel mit tollem Blick in die Landschaft . Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und Mitte Oktober blühten die Rosen , der Oleander und Rosmarin. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht, dort zu kochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in den südlichen Marken

Die Casa da Mira liegt in den südlichen Marken etwas abseits vom schönen, beschaulichen Ort Cossignano in der Nähe von Offida, Ripatransone und Grottamare. Das Ferienhaus (eine Doppelhaushälfte) wurde auf einem tollen Grundstück errichtet, und beides wird top gepflegt. Der Garten erstreckt sich über mehrere Ebenen, auf der großen Terrasse rund um Haus und Pool gibt es viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Hauptteil der Terrasse ist überdacht (Schutz vor Sonne und Regen). Auch der Balkon lässt sich auf jeder Hausseite betreten - heißt: (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne! Das tägliche Planschen im Pool, der 2x pro Woche gereinigt wird, war ein Highlight für uns als Kleinfamilie... Das ganze Haus ist geschmackvoll, dezent, und dabei wohnlich eingerichtet. (So bequem die Sessel auch sind - eine Couch mit Liegemöglichkeit haben wir vermisst.) Mit zwei Bädern (sowie zwei Außenduschen), einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem Vorratsraum, zusätzlich zu Wohn- und Essbereich und Schlafraum (offen im oberen Stockwerk als Galerie, ergänzend im ebenerdigen Büroraum) gibt es genug Platz für bis zu drei Familienmitglieder. Der Schlafbereich hat wegen der Galeriegestaltung keine Tür, d.h. abends mussten wir leise sein, um unser Kleinkind beim Schlaf nicht zu stören. (Danke, dass ein schönes Reisebett und ein neuer Hochstuhl vorhanden waren!) Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett und herzlich! Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen - vielen Dank!

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen

Wenn Sie einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub in einer ganz besonderen Location verbringen möchten sind Sie hier richtig. Dank der guten Beschreibung der Inhaberin haben wir das Haus auf Anhieb gefunden. Es liegt sehr ruhig auf einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Anwesen. Hier wurde an nichts gespart denn auch die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und man merkt, dass es nicht ausschließlich für Feriengäste gebaut wurde sondern die Inhaber auch selbst darin wohnen. Es war blitzblank sauber, die Betten waren frisch bezogen und frische Handtücher lagen bereit. Frau Donnerstag hat sich die Mühe gemacht eine umfangreiche Mappe vorzubereiten, die den Gästen alle Eventualität erläutert. Das nächste Dorf ist fußläufig zu erreichen, wo man sich mit allem Nötigen versorgen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns prächtig erholt.

Ein Traum

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen. Die Erwartung war aufgrund der Beschreibung schon hoch um so schöner war es das wir dann ein echtes Juwel vorfinden dürften. Das Haus, der Pool die ruhige Ungebung einfach alles nur Perfekt. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber mit Hilfe der sehr guten Erklärung findet man dann das Haus. Während der letzten 200 Merer fragt man sich allerdings ständig on man auf dem richtigen „Feldweg“ unterwegs ist. Aber was man dann sieht ist einfach nur ein Traum. An dieser Stelle auch ein besonderer Dank an Pia Donnerstag. Sie kümmert sich rührend vor, während und nach dem Urlaub um ihre Gäste. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und Pia jedem empfehlen.

Erholsame Tage in wunderschönen Haus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage. Imposanter und gut gepflegter Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, bestens angelegter Pool. Vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und auch das Meer ist nicht weit. Herzlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Uns hat nicht zuletzt die Vogelwelt rund ums Haus beeindruckt, Bienenfresser, Wiedehopf, Schlangenadler und vieles mehr.
