Non avevano la camera prenotata , e hanno detto di nn avere mai lavorato con Expedia. Prenotato quindi via telefono un hotel vicino alle 23, chiesto e ottenuto rimborso da Expedia. Ci è stato poi detto di richiedere rimborso anche della differenza pagata in hotel , ma ad una settimana dalla richiesta nessun contatto
