Sparrow's Nest is conveniently located near Highway 32 on Chestnut Mountain, in Cosby Tennessee. Sparrow's Nets is only a five-minute drive to the Cosby entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.






Sparrow's Nest features a master bedroom with a New Pillow-top mattress king size bed and full bath. A sleeper sofa is also available for extra guests. Sparrow's nest has a fully stocked kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, hot tub, washer & dryer, flat-screen TV with satellite & DVD player, and charcoal grill. n response to our guests suggestions we have remodeled the bathroom. It now has a new 4 feet shower stall along with a new vanity,floor and wall finish. Also the kitchen now has new countertops and sink.


Guests will also enjoy the expansive porch with hot tub that offers breath-taking, unobstructed views of the Smoky Mountains. Please note that if you have a dog, the pet fee is 25.00 per night for one and 50.00 per night for two.

Great Cabin in the woods
We had a blast at this cabin, we came to hike so this was my resting, relaxing and eating spot. The hot tub was the best part honestly for decompressing after hiking all day. The cabin was clean and comfortable with a fireplace, kitchen and a deck with rocking chairs. There are stairs down to the cabin that weren’t mentioned in the site info so be advised if you need ground level access. I’ll rent this cabin again when I come back to the smokiest!

The property was well manicured and was everything we were looking for in a rental. We stayed 3 nights with our small dog, Piper. The view of the mountains off the deck and in the hot tub were great! I couldn't complain about anything and would definitely come back. The location was great for the National Park and Gatlinburg area. Check in and out was easy. Thanks!

Beautiful thanksgiving getaway
We spent our 2023 Thanksgiving week at The Sparrows Nest. It was such a cozy cabin. The Cosby entrance to the Smokey mountain national park was just down the road. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal for 2 and then enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub at night! All the essentials we could need or want. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Great Experience!
The stay was great. I took my girlfriend to a surprise last minute trip, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The view and property were great and as expected. We took some time in Gatlinburg and outdoors, and some relaxing time at the end of the day in the hot tub. Highly recommend!
