This home was exactly as described. It was such a cozy respite to return to after the excitement of my son's college graduation ceremony. The rental had everything we needed for a stay with my extended family! The kitchen is FULLY equipped, such a huge plus! Close to some great parks for hiking, and an easy drive into Ithaca for good eats. Communication with the owner was great. I only had a couple of questions, but response time was quick and helpful. A great stay!

Wonderful summer escape

We were in town visiting family in Cortland and needed a place big enough for our family to escape and regroup. We enjoyed nearby hiking and attractions, while getting to spend precious time with our families! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

Wonderful country getaway!

Very nice and comfortable condo with all the amenities. The kitchen stove could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom shelves but overall would stay again.

Perfect accommodations for our stay. Conveniently close to slopes such that you can walk there. Kids loved the loft area and kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. One recommendation is such that more wine glasses are needed.

3 families stayed at the property for baseball tournament at The Lumber Yard. It was clean and nice. The loft was really cool for the boys but it did get hot at night and one of the beds was a bit creaky. The other rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. A nice place to stay and hang out for a weekend. Host was very responsive to questions.

Thanksgiving Trip northwest

We loved it there. The 3 younger boys all stayed in the top floor and loved using a ladder so we even had an extra bedroom unused. Updated furniture, bathrooms, and kitchen was perfect. Spent extra time playing at the big dinner table. We will definitely be back during ski season!

We came for a wedding in Syracuse and stayed for a few days after. The location was great for visiting wineries and for hiking in the State Parks. The unit was as advertised and we had no issues. We would return if in the area again.

The place was as advertised however cleaning was lacking. Downstairs bathroom had used soap in the shower and the sink top was not wiped clean. Dirty towels were found in one bed room and the kitchen was also not cleaned. Dirty utensils and dishes were found in the cabinets. No dish towels provided. Dirty scrub pad was the only thing available. The trash bins were full of water with loose garbage.

Price Family New Years 2024

Everything at the condo was perfect for our family reunion. Condo 21G was very modern and comfortable. We have a family condo at the mountain but this enabled everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep and relax. Most everyone skied at least one day and hiked one day.
