Suite spread over 2 levels: living room and cooking area at the first floor, double bedroom & bathroom with shower at the second. Apartment and balcony facing south. Cosy & romantic, perfect for the stay of a couple. Sunny and quiet location. Cooking area equipped with 2-zone induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, pots, cutlery and dishes. 40" flat TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom. The suite has bed linens, hair dryer, bathroom & kitchen towels. Free Wi-Fi und LAN via fiber optic (FTTC). At the ground floor there is a covered place for bikes, ski/ski boots, a washing machine and a dryer.
Water, power, cooking gas, internet access, bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels, parking space and final cleaning are included. The heating is NOT INCLUDED and costs €2/hour. The apartment features an indipendent heating system with thermostat. In winter guests use on average 3 hours a day the heating. Tourist tax (NOT INCLUDED) €2,5/night per person. It is not due for each night exceeding the 5th of the stay. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age. SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED PETS ACCEPTED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Sie sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war super und der Checkin war sehr flexibel.Die Wohnung ist leicht außerhalb was sehr angenehm ist und trotzdem nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Innenstadt entfernt.Einziges Manko: das Wohnzimmer ist etwas dunkel und die Wohnung doch sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten uns aber gut damit arrangieren. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Very cosy place

We had a great time in the Cristallo Suite. It's a small but super cosy place, with a lot of style. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect; 5 min drive or a pleasant 20 min walk to the town. Communication was also very good. Highly recommended!
