Sehr schönes, sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit schönster Aussicht auf den Lago di Piano bis zum Comer See auf ca. 900 Meter Höhe. Im Frühjahr kann es also auch kühl sein.

gigantische Aussicht, Ruhe und alles was man brauc

Eigentlich wollte ich gar nicht bewerten, weil ich nicht zu viele Menschen auf dieses schöne Haus aufmerksam machen wollte. Aber M. hat es verdient: es ist ein wundervoller Platz um abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Traumhafter Blick, man ist völlig allein und im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles sehr gepflegt. Achtung: steile lange Anfahrt auf engen Strassen. Ohne Allrad keine direkte Zufahrt - Gepäck muss ca. 250m bergab getragen werden.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, ruhige Berglage mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Luganer-, Comer-See und den Lago de Piano. Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

dieses Haus mit diiieesem Ausblick ist schon eine Wucht, so schön, wer Ruhe, Erholung und Entspannung, verbunden mit einem sehr gut und mit Liebe ausgestattetem Haus sucht, der ist hier goldrichtig.Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Toilette im EG, ein Schlafzimmer mit franz. Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, wo die Matratze etwas weicher ist und ein Bad mit Dusche im 1. OG, alles gepflegt und sauber. Das Warmwasser wird durch einen Elektroboiler erwärmt, gekocht wird mit Gas, der Backofen wieder elektrisch. Abends kann man sich etwas auf den Außengrill legen und den romantischen Sonnenuntergang bei einem Gläschen Wein genießen. Ich rate allerdings sämtliche Getränke und Lebensmittel von daheim mitzubringen, die Preise in den Supermärkten sind empfindlich höher und mal schnell in der Früh zum Bäcker fahren is nich. Die Anreise mit einem tiefergelegten Fahrzeug ist nicht ratsam.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut englisch. Reisetipps: In Porlezza kann man im Luganer See baden gehen, der Comer See lädt zu einer Schifffahrt von Mellagio nach Varenna, Bellagio oder bis hinunter nach Como ein

Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit, traumhafter Blick

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum für alle die Ruhe suchen. Es ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (3;5), die besonders gern im Garten getobt haben. Dieser ist nach allen Seiten gut umzäunt, so dass wir die vielen Tiere, die uns besuchen kamen ( Kühe, Ziegen, Rehe) aus sicherer Entfernung beobachten konnten. Hier oben stört man niemanden, der direkte Nachbar war meist nur an den WE da. Allerdings sollte man sich nicht vor kurvigen Bergfahrten scheuen, der Weg von Porlezza ins Ferienhaus dauert circa 20min auf engen Bergstraßen. Dies hat uns allerdings nicht gestört und für die Kinder war es ein großes Abenteuer. Durch die Höhenlage war es im Schnitt 5 Grad kühler als im Tal, eine willkommene Abkühlung an heißen Tagen!
