NIVEL SUPERIOR:
Hay 3 King Master Suites en este nivel. Una gran sala grande tiene mucho espacio para sentarse y mirar televisión. El área de comedor (asientos 24) y barra de bar (asientos 5) de la cocina estilo galera con mostradores de granito. El pasillo tiene un gran armario de despensa y también hay medio baño. Un ascensor conecta todos los niveles de esta casa.

NIVEL MEDIO:
En el nivel medio, hay 5 King Master Suites, la mayoría con acceso a la cubierta, y otro King Master Bedroom con baño compartido con un dormitorio contiguo que tiene una litera Pyramid.

NIVEL DEL SUELO:
La planta baja tiene una cocina completa que incluye una estufa / horno y una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana. Cerca, la sala Theatre tiene capacidad para 8 personas, pero hay mucho espacio en el piso para que los niños pequeños se sienten y vean sus películas favoritas; todos disfrutarán del sistema de sonido de última generación. Hay otra habitación King al lado de un baño completo en el pasillo que es accesible para discapacitados. Al final del pasillo hay una habitación adicional con un armario (no un armario empotrado) que tiene 2 conjuntos de literas de pirámide. Esta planta baja también tiene el área de lavandería, otro medio baño y garaje para dos autos.

EXTRAS:
Piscina privada (15'x15 'en forma de L, 8' de ancho) con bar al aire libre y cabaña de lados abiertos. Una bañera de hidromasaje separada está disponible para que los adultos disfruten. Como invitados dentro de The Currituck Club, una comunidad cerrada de primer nivel, su familia puede usar sus diversas comodidades que incluyen servicio de tranvía gratuito al acceso a la playa, valet de playa, casa club con restaurantes en el lugar, gran piscina comunitaria con piscina para niños, gimnasio y canchas para tenis, baloncesto y voleibol! Hay actividades planificadas para niños que se ofrecen durante el verano y senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta. A week in paradise!

We rented this home to spend a week with 4 married children and 9 grandchildren. The accommodations were outstanding. We were especially impressed with the response to our requests for service and maintenance.

Spectacular home for family vacation

We absolutely loved this property. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, fabulous common areas, small but fun pool, and reliable trolly to and from beach. Kitchen was well appointed. Close proximity to grocery store was such a plus. We’d happily return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful house

We booked this house for an extended family vacation. It was perfect for our large group, with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, two kitchens, lots of balconies. The only minor thing was that the pool looked bigger in the photos vs. in real life (a trivial “problem”).

First OBX trip

This was the first Outer Banks vacation for most of our friends and family. The house was spacious and more than enough room for 20 adults and 5 children. The property management company was very responsive with any questions/ concerns. Our group utilized the home amenities as well as those offered within the gated community (fitness center, park, community pool) and everyone was very pleasant to deal with.

Just WOW!!!!

The house was beautiful and oh so spacious. Everyone loved the Theater Room. The 3 refrigerators and 2 stoves got a lot of use from my group 26. There was so much space to move around in, that it didn't feel like 26 people were in the house. Everyone has already requested that we return next year. We had 2 maintenance issues, but they were rectified quickly. The management company is a dream to work with. I Highly Recommend this Property.

Large and cozy home minutes from beach and grocery!

Highly recommend​ this home for anyone seeking an extremely comfortable and convenient obx vacation! With plenty of room for all your guests and grocery store walking distance, this spot couldn't have been more pleasant. The beach access was close and easily accessible too. Movie theater was amazing after a long day out in the sun. Owners were very nice, they had a local shop bring a small gift for which we were very thankful! There was one thing... The downstairs patio door alarm... There was a button that needed pressed while opening the door and it was very stubborn. A little entertaining at least :)

The house is amazing—the property management company 👎🏻

The house is amazing In an incredible area. The communication with the property manager was less than satisfactory. We were given contradictory information on when we could get into the house. We actually dropped by the property manager office prior to our arrival and the staff was not friendly. We were told we would get a call when the house would be ready—this never happened. As we descended on the house and walked up the stairs outside the entrance we found a used condom with a cigar inside it. How this could have been missed is beyond me. There were dirty towels in one bathroom along with toenail clippings. These are are few things we encountered entering the house. Otherwise the house was spacious and beautiful. Great place to hang out with family and friends. The owners sent a very nice care package which we greatly appreciated. They may need to reevaluate their property manager and housekeeping staff.

Holiday getaway

So glad I was able to find a quiet and beautiful space to bring together my extended family so that we could get a chance to ring in the New Year together away from the busy cities. There were great views of the waterways and a short hop to the beach. We plan to do this again!

2nd Annual Family Vacation

This was my family’s second year at this property. Love the location, space and amenities. The house was overall clean but was dusty and had spiderwebs everywhere. The stove and pool was not clean. The house was clean overall. We did not have issues and will rent again.

Property was excellent, we had a great time. Great location. The only suggestion for improvement is the pool could have had a little more attention. There were about 2 days that it was pretty dirty and water was cloudy.

Beautiful House

House was beautiful, clean, well maintained, spacious,...We had a Family gathering of 13 Adults, 12 children....House has an elevator which made it easy to bring in luggage and groceries ... Nice Gift Bag to include a CHOCOLATE CAKE was sent over to us (LOVED IT)....House has a Movie Room which the kids Loved....Pool wasn’t open, but the Hot Tub was Nice...Family is going to ReBook this house for Next Year...

Perfectly suited

Need a place for your large gathering? This is it. With enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate most large events or family reunions this house is tastefully done and perfectly laid out for private space with gathering areas. Would return again.

For the money we invested, we were so disappointed!

You would expect to have perfection when you pay this kind of money for a family vacation.. After driving 7 hrs, you want to check in once you get to your destination, it was almost an hour late before the family could enter house. The pictures shows the beds made but most of the the rooms had the actual comforter on the floors in its closets. When called about why the quilted comforters and blankets smelled bad/ised/dirty, we were told it does not get washed, only the actual linens get washed, this was horrendous news to have paid 12 grand to hear that so everyone had to wash their blankets before using it! Then the dryers don’t even work properly! Takes 3 cycles just to dry anything! The pool grounds are not swept under its furnitures and since the pool person only comes out on Wednesday’s, we felt disgusted going into the hotub and pool after finding this out. The 2 upstairs fridges froze our veggies!. A house that fits 29 people NEEDS to have updated and properly working equipments. The walls and doors are so thin that you can hear everything going on your floor and outside. Few of the patio doors do not close properly/shower handles came off on the first night we used the showers (which freaked us out), one shower leaked horribly onto the bathroom floor (they fixed it the next day after we notified them so i must give them credit for their quick responses . AND worst of all, the smoke detector went off at 6am the first morning we were there, i just wanted to cry. That battery should be changed out on a planned basis to avoid that bc there are no ladders in the house! We managed to grab a stool from the 3rd floor and my husband finally got it down and used our own flashlight batteries to change it out. Woke up the whole house! We will never ever come back to the Outer Banks with VRBO ever again, its half this price in Florida. This should have been a stress free vacation but that was not the case. This is an honest experience, i hope they take it into consideration.

Go to the beach and grill does not have gas. Gas comes after we get anew tank and install not. But

More of a problem was check out time. We verified twice ahead of time and again when we got there that we could leave perishable items at the house and pick up when round of golf over. When I got to house at 1:30 all items gone and house cleaned. Know we left a cooler trash bangs. Ice cream butter etc. not enough $ to worry about but aggravating
