**American here** I appreciated the convenience and the proximity to the beach. Great if you have kids and there are many activities everyday. DO NOT GO IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK PORTUGUESE. It is a region not frequented by Americans (as opposed to Rio or São Paulo) so there was only one fluent employee. The pillows are uncomfortable so bring your own. The breakfast/lunch/dessert/fruit were good because they are traditional Brazilian cuisine but the themed dinners were usually foreign and not great. The beaches and ocean proximity were definitely a perk. Beach access ends at 6 PM. I felt very safe which was great as I was wary before hand. Overall I enjoyed my stay but there were a few things that would’ve been good to anticipate.

Os quartos e os banheiros poderiam ter melhor manutenção. Embora a roupa de cama seja boa os colchões estão necessitando de troca. No banheiro existem muitos pontos de manutenção a melhorar como pintura, faltando pedaço no forro. Mas no geral o resort surpreendeu positivamente na recreação, alimentação e cordialidade dos funcionários.

Um único bar servindo Cerveja Amstel, não permite que os clientes saiam com lata de cerveja. De certa forma limitando o consumo. O jantar não é legal opção de proteína muito fraca. Tem dias que tem opção de comidas com camarão mas acaba limitando muito aos alérgicos porque em dois dias o caldo do petisco tinha camarão e os petiscos disponíveis para alérgico acabava sendo frango e batata frita. Outro dia o único feijão com caldo possuía camarão. Mas as refeições principais são saborosas exceto a janta.

A estadia foi muito boa, todavia detectamos, salvo melhor juízo, algumas oportunidades de melhoria. Limpeza precisa melhorar, sobretudo a manutenção dos cômodos durante a ocupação; diversidade de alimentação muito reduzida e sem variações importantes, por exemplo, camarão e seu derivados, carne bovina (churrasco) não tinha, assim como variações de doces, era só bolo e gelatina, basicamente, não tinha um pavê, ambrósia, sagu, figo, pêssegos, etc; falta um acesso coberto entre os blocos 1 e 2; a internet é muito ruim; os quartos não tem conectidade (tvs) com a internet; falta uma sinalização adequada na via principal que indique o caminho para o Resort MAKAI, etc

local antigo e não devidamente atualizado. Inicialmente fiquei no prédio II do resort, apto amplo, no entanto, bastante desgastado e com muita ferrugem. Este segundo prédio fica distante da área de restaurante e demais atividades do resort. O elevador apresentou problemas e a agua quente do chuveiro não funcionava, então solicitei a substituição do apto, onde fui colocado em um apto menor. As atrações do resort são razoáveis, porém os locais para esporte, academia, mesa de ping pong estão deteriorados, necessitando de reforma. O all inclusive de bebidas é mediano, faltando outras bebidas que estão na moda, além dos petiscos que são ruins, pouca variedade e apenas serviam sorvetes ruins. A alimentação deixa a desejar, mesmo havendo várias culinárias nos dias da semana, porém a comida com pouco tempero, sem graça, além dos doces serem ruins, apenas o pudim estava bom. No geral, esperava muito mais deste all inclusive, sendo a primeira vez que experimentava, me decepcionando desta hospedagem que tive. O valor que gastei por diária (cerca de R$ 1300) poderia ter me hospedado e comido melhor e outro hotel em Aracajú/Se.

Achei que o resort está deixando a desejar em relacao as comidas muito repetida , noite italiana sem pizza sem parmegiana, naontem bar molhado, varias areas isoladas sem utilização pois estava em reforma e nao teve DJ na noite de terca e nao teve. Precisa de fato de uma revitalização. E uma atualizada na questão do entretenimento.
