Very spacious,extremely clea,quiet with a wonderful view to the sea which is only 3 min by car.Strongly recommended for families with children , great outdoors place to play and enjoy the pool, very clean indeed, One can find everything he needs by visiting the closest village of Acharavi 2-3 min by car or discover other sights and beaches all over the island.

Wonderful week

Wonderful weekThe house is of high quality, thanks to its amenities and location, plus the sea view. It offers many possibilities. It lives up to the advertised promises.The host, named Stamatis, is very available for any questions.The house was cleaned twice during the week of our stay.The park, with its vegetation, and of course, the pool, are a delight for children, with cats that often roam around, but small children must be supervised around the pool and on steep slopes.Highly recommended.

Wonderful villa with plenty of space and privacy

I passed one week doing a yoga retreat at Regina Rossa. It was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful view while doing Yoga outside. The house has several verandas and the rooms are separated from each other, so that everybody has enough space for himself. All rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen offers everything You need for cooking for many people. I can also recommend the house for families passing there holidays together. The little village nearby is a little bit too touristic and the beach is okay, but nothing special, but there are much nicer beaches 20 minutes away from the house. It is good to have the opportunity to walk to the beach. For something special You have to take the car. I am looking forward to come back in September with another Yoga group. Thanks to Stamatis, who took extraordinarily care of everything. We felt very welcomed.

Amazing property and manager- we would stay again!

11 adults total rented this house for a week in June 2024. It was beyond wonderful! The view is amazing (which included the sea, Albania, and nightly sunsets). There was plenty of space (and the two-house arrangement made it feel even more spacious- especially as the second fridge could hold extra water and beer!). Everyone loved their rooms- each has a balcony overlooking the sea- and the individual AC per room was very handy. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of space for a large party. The pool is very well-maintained and was so refreshing at the end of a long day, has convenient seating, and an outdoor shower. And the house has a great location- easy drive to Roda and its shops/beaches- and other beaches along the north coast- and also in walking distance of a really good local taverna (though the driveway is an uphill walk on the way home). The owner, Stamatis, was very responsive, answering any questions, giving advice, and addressing any of our needs; he also met us at check-in which was great. He hooked us up with a private chef as well as a day-long private boat trip along the coast. There was maid service every other day (fresh sheets, towels etc), which we had not expected so a wonderful surprise! All of us would stay here again!

“A stunning villa with beautiful pool and views in a superb peaceful location yet close to the ocean, shops, restaurants” Regina Rossa was a real find! A truly exception villa situated in a quiet location with stunning views of the ocean. It was spacious both inside and out even for our large family group of 16 and was spotlessly clean with crisp white linen and even pool towels provided! The infinity pool was large and crystal clear without smelling of chemicals and had the best view imaginable! Stamatis, our host was the best host I have ever encountered. He even had arranged champagne in the fridge and flowers in the bedrooms for our two honeymoon couples! Nothing was too much trouble and his advice on eating out, boat hire and tennis courts was spot on. He even arranged for a fishing friend to supply us with fresh fish to the villa! There was also included in the price a maid who came almost every day which was amazing. She was really sweet and did a fantastic job of tidying up after us! Although you probably won't want to leave the villa at all, it is well situated to explore the coast and villages and not too far from Old Corfu Town which is well worth a visit. We have always made a rule never to return to the same place twice but this may well be our very first exception! Fully recommended!

Great Birthday Trip in Corfu

We had a great week at the Villa Regina Rossa. The pool and view were spectacular and perfect, and we had more than enough space for our large group. Easy access to Roda where we were able to eat out and rent cars easily. Host was helpful when we had a few issues with the gate and helped arrange transports for us.

Tolle Villa mit perfekter Aussicht

Die Villa hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Vermieter hat einen persönlich begrüßt und uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen, die Kommunikation war einfach Top. Die Villa ist noch viel schöner als die Fotos es aussagen... Man hat genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten... Wir selber waren mit 4 Familien hier. Geschirr ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, genauso wie Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus wurde mehrmals von einer Dame gereinigt. Bei der Ankunft haben wir neben leckeren Wein auch Wasser und Süßigkeiten erhalten.... In allen Bädern gibt es shampoo, conditioner und Duschgel sowie Seife.. Auch ein Fön ist hier vorhanden. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!! Vielwn Dank für alles Herr Stamatis

WONDERFUL!!!

We wanted to book a villa to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday with family and friends. I found Regina Rossa on the internet and the pictures looked stunning…….its turn out its better than the pictures! From the moment I first contacted the owner (Stamatis) he was helpful and accommodating, we had to change dates and move stuff around and it was never too much of an issue. He even offered to help with ordering and picking up birthday cakes for our stay! The payment was made easy, card or cash including a relatively small deposit being required which makes booking it early much easier. Overall the villa was superb, clean, modern and well appointed. The air-con was absolutely necessary and worked well as did the Wifi which pleased our teenage son! The villa looks onto stunning views down towards Roda and the sea. The pool was a good size and always clean. We really could not fault the week we stayed there in any way! The outside space was good with a BBQ available we used one night. The villa has all of the standard-living bits you need, enough glasses, dishes, pots/pans etc….and more importantly enough sunbeds!  The villa was visited by a cleaner 3 or 4 times we were there for a week, she worked tirelessly for hours each time and it showed, we had absolutely no complaints. The drive from the airport took around 50 minutes to 1hr. We did this at night which wasn’t ideal and it took us 10-15 minutes to find the villa despite then finding we’d driven past the turning about 5 times! I would therefore recommend anyone hiring the villa to arrive during daylight as it’s very easy to find then as you can see it on the hill-side as you approach from a distance. We also went into town for lunch and dinner most days, lovely beach restaurants, supermarkets and shops less than a 5 min drive away so the villa is well placed but far enough away to be quiet and free from any noise. It really is a perfect villa in a perfect location. I couldn’t recommend it more and would absolutely love to return. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough and would happily speak to anyone who wanted to email me for more info as to our time spent there.

A STUNNING,RELAXING AND FABULOUS VILLA 5 *****

We have just returned from a 11 night holiday in this wonderful villa set impressively on a hill with the most stunning view of the surrounding countryside and coast. We were a party of 16 which were 3 families with 10 children between us but the sheer size of the villa felt we weren't at all on top of one another at all which was just perfect. The vila itself was exactly as described but even more lovely with beautiful rooms,great bathrooms, lots of toilets and two kitchens with every utensil you could imagine and fantastic outside space for relaxing and loads of space around the extremely impressive pool with lovely barbecue area. The lovely host stamatis was just brilliant throughout with help with the booking and always there to offer help with transfers, taxis and anything else, nothing was to much trouble and fresh fruit and vegetables would appear in our kitchen which was lovely. The quality of this villa was second to none and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone,nothing was left to chance and everything was provided so felt like a home away from home. Thankyou Stamatis we all had an amazing time. Cheers

A lovely base for a family holiday

Our our 3-generation family group of 14 had a very happy week at Villa Regina Rossa . It accommodated us all very comfortably and we spent many happy hours in the lovely pool, overlooking beautiful scenery. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and run around . We enjoyed our family meals around the table on the terrace, including barbecues and the delightful lady who came to clean brought us an abundance of fresh eggs from her chickens and delicious home-grown tomatoes. Stamatis was very welcoming and was on hand whenever we had any queries. We would have loved to have stayed another week...or two or three !

Lovely lovely holiday villa

We were a family party of 14, and had the use of the whole villa. The whole place was really beautiful, clean and well kept. The pool, a big favorite with everyone had warm crystal clear water, with lots of loungers to sunbath on. The host was very nice and helpful, always on call should we need him, and kept us supplied with fresh eggs and salad from his garden. Lots of villages to visit if you have a car, sea not too far away - in walking distance if you are young and fit. A big hit with the young children were the tortoises coming to be fed every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to go back to it one day.

Perfect holiday for a large group

The villa was perfectly situated for accessing all of Corfu's north coast, with many towns, beaches, sites and activities within 30 mins drive. The villa was well-equipped and obviously looked after by the owner. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool with its fabulous views over the coast. Stamatis was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had about the area or the villa and very responsive to our requests. We were a group of 13 people, families and friends, with ages from 15-90. The villa suited us all perfectly.

Fantastic Villa, great pool and surrounds, wonderful views. This has a Wow factor.

A family get-together with three generations, ages from 5 to 70. Apart from a very steep approach from the public road, a perfect location to explore the Northern part of Corfu. We were very lucky to have perfect weather and spent most of the time outside. The Villa has lots of inside accommodation, so rooms for all ages. Outside, the pool was in almost constant use as was the table tennis table, and the Volley ball hoop, but there were always plenty of places to get out of the sun or find a quiet spot to read, or snooze. Grounds with local wildlife, tortoises, geckos, lizards, snakes, millipedes, birds (lots of sparrows, martins and swallows and circling buzzards). Regular servicing on an almost daily basis from a wonderful maid, who worked around us quietly and almost unnoticed 'till you realised everything was done. We self catered with most meals at the Villa. Food shopping was quite easy once we found our way around. The kitchens (there are two) were very fully equipped. This was and remains a private family house and the owner called most days or phoned to ask if we had any problems. He was very helpful. The one down-side of such a lovely place is that some of the furnishings and fittings are quite valuable, so be prepared to be expected to pay for breakages from your deposit, even as, for us, a decorated serving platter, which was accidentally broken during washing up. Do not expect that the high rental payment will protect you from a charge being levied. It is about an hours drive from Corfu airport. We used hired cars which gave us lots of flexibility for exploring different places. We would definitely use this Villa again if we ever return to Corfu with a big family gathering or indeed a group of friends and can recommend it to others.

Schönes ruhiges Haus, gehobener Standard

Wir hatten beide Häuser gemietet und waren mit insgesamt 12 Personen dort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer (Stamatis) verlief super, er kümmerte sich im Vorfeld um unsere Wünsche. Der Transfer vom/zum Flughafen, ein Mietauto, selbst ein erster Einkauf für den ersten Abend wurde bestens organisiert. Das Haus selbst war wie im Internet beschrieben, nein eigentlich ist es in Wirklichkeit um einiges schöner und komforttabler. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles in mehr als ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Für den täglichen Einkauf ist ein Fahrzeug erforderlich. Dafür hat man jedoch natürlich die Vorteile eines Hauses ohne direkte Nachbarn. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt den wir gerne verlängert hätten. Lieben Dank nochmal an Stamatis + Team

Perfect place!

Perfect place for spending time with big Family and Friends! Great sea and city view and lots of space for relaxing for everyone! We have spent amazing time there. Thank you to the owner for his hospitality, perfectly clean and well-maintained property, being always ready to assist and provision perfect customer service, super positive emotions from staying! Highly recommended place to everyone! And looking forward to visit it again!

Fantastic villa!

We rented this house for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The villa is gorgeous! It is big enough to accommodate 12 people. The owner, Stamatis, and his assistant, Athina, keep the villa spotlessly clean. Stamatis is a terrific host. He made us feel at home. Corfu is a wonderful island and local people are very friendly. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends.

This villa made for the perfect getaway

We rented this villa as a group of 14 friends for exactly one week and basically could not have been luckier. The villa is absolutely stunning and left all of us more than enough personal space all the while enabling us to all sit together for meals and lounging by the pool. The rooms were put together with a lot of attention to detail and instantly made us feel at home. Additionally, the owner could not have been more helpful and more kind, constantly asking ask if we needed anything and recommending us the best towns and beaches to go spend the day, all the while giving us updates on the weather forecast, so we could plan accordingly. Along with the maid, who came in at whatever time suited us best in the morning, which was definitely more than ideal, Stamatis definitely ensured that evrey single thing ran smoothly, which, for the large group of young adults that we were, was more than helpful. Regarding the location of the villa, it not only provided the most beautiful view but the remoteness allowed us to have some privacy and enjoy playing music without having to worry about bothering any neighbors. Since we could not rent a car, we got bikes, which although is not the easiest of options to get around, made the holiday very pleasant. We were able to organize day trips to nearby cities and biking around definitely kept us in shape. It was also beautiful to be able to ride along the beaches of Roda and Achavari. When it came down to do grocery shopping, we would simply get taxis back up to the villa, since the hill from the main road to the house is definitely not one you can bike up. But for us it was never a problem and the taxi drivers, who ended up pretty much knowing us all, were extremely helpful. The bus system, which is perhaps not the most timely, was also a great way for us to join the main town of Corfu, where the old fortress is definitely worth a visit and where you can also join some very nice boat trips to the island of Paxos. It should probably be noted that we had someone who spoke Greek among us and that definitely facilitated any communications. All in all, our stay ended up being one of the best holidays we've ever had, with a good balance between relaxing at the villa, enjoying the pool and view and going on little adventures around the area with our bikes, discovering the little treasures of the island.

I'm missing this paradise already :)

Villa Regina Rossa, I believe this is the best Villa Corfu has! Pictures does NOT DO JUSTICE! The View got me speechless! Stamatis is the owner and was an honor to have stayed in this Gem! he is very easy to communicate, he always responded right the way, very welcoming, very flexible. This was my 3rd time in Greece and by far the BEST! If I could give 6 stars I would easily do ;) Please note: You do need a car to get around. The Villa piece of Heaven and I'm not exaggerating! The location of the Villa, Very private, so much space, Very clean, inside a great mix between modem and contemporary yet very Greek feel, its Luxury feel and the highest quality of everything, very private and gated for security ( not that you need it because its very safe ), very close to the beach, shopping and Tavernas ( their restaurant ). Villa Regina Rossa is suitable for just about anyone, small group, large group, kids and a pet. We had a cute dog with us and he even loved it ;) In Romaneste citeva cuvinte ca sa va faceti o ideie cite de mult nea placut la toti aceasta Villa. Foarte curate, luxoasa, confortabila, vederea spre marea ionica e un Vis de frumos, si piscine mare si foarte curate. Propietarul Vilei Domnul Stamatis e foarte usor de cominicat si este flexibil. Recomand foarte mult aceasta Villa la ori cine doreste sa aiba un concediu de vis. Daca as putea, as da 6 stele nu 5 ;)

Lovely place

One of the most amazing vacations I have had. The owner was pleasant and charming, The house was far beyond expectations and the photos I saw reflected just a part of the character of the house. There is attention to detail. The design and the accessories give me the filling I'm at home. it easily contained 14 people. great location - about five minutes drive from the beach and shopping center (Super, deli, etc.) and about half-hour drive from lovely places on the island. Totally go back there :)

A luxury villa beautifully furnished & equipped

A real gem of a villa, built to very highest international standards, yet offered at very reasonable rate. We have just returned from two fantastic, faultless weeks staying at Villa Regina Rossa with our large 2-family party of twelve (4 adults, 6 teenagers, and 2 children). There was ample space for everyone to really relax and enjoy the fabulous pool, and the uninterrupted views of the Adriatic and the dramatic Albanian coast line. The villa is situated about 2-3 km back the coast in a raised position amongst the olive grove farms. Stamatis (the owner) went out of his way to make us welcome, and to look after our every need & request - in fact the level of support we received from Stamatis during our stay far exceeded what we have experienced from other managed villas costing over twice as much per week. For example, when we asked for driving directions to the villa, rather than send us an email, Stamatis drove to the airport, met us off the plane, and then personally escorted us back to the villa ! Not to mention the freshly picked figs, and hand made marmalade that his onsite staff brought us most mornings...a real delight to have such personal touches. The Villa is ideally positioned to get to the higher end restaurants in Kassiopi (20 mins) and Corfu (45 mins), as well as being only 5 mins by car from the local town of Acharavi with its many traditional style restaurants. We also cooked in many evenings, and the excellent kitchen facilities make catering for a large group very straight forward. Strongly recommend this villa without hesitation.
