The family owned brand new complex, which constitutes a part of a forthcoming hotel, features two modern maisonettes,a honeymoon suite,a stylish villa,a dining area and a tropical lounge bar.The property is located in Arillas, just 40m from the beach and 35 km from Corfu airport.Our vision is to help people formulate their dreaming holidays and create unique experiences,balancing the luxury of calmness and blissful, via the tropical scenery and the premium services, our complex provides.

Èmar villa is a 60 sqm villa located next to the property’s honeymoon suite. It has a minimal, modern interior and lighting design. The villa’s bedroom has a queen size anatomic bed and a wardrobe. The lounge has an equipped kitchen with espresso coffee machine, flat screen TV, individual controlled A/C, room amenities such as slippers and bathrobes, complimentary Wifi access. In addition, the lounge has an ultra-comfortable sofa which hosts up to two people. The villa’s bathroom has a rainfall shower.
In the exterior, you will find a terrace and a private garden with a hot tub Jacuzzi, stylish sunbeds, a lounge and dining area.
Guests have access to a unique swimming pool area with sun loungers,tropical scenery and premium services.
