LOCATION: The house Tonia is located above the PELEKAS beach (also called Kontogialos Beach) one of the most beautiful sandy beaches from Korfu. 1,5 km from PELEKAS village and 13 km from KORFU town. On the west coast with stunning sea views and sunset panorama. The house is located on a beautiful hillside in the midst of a shady olive grove. Down to PELEKAS beach is about 120m walk.

Mooie plek wel trappen lopen en steile weg er naar toe
Er is geen woonkamer, alleen keuken tafel en stoelen. Wel mooi buitenterras met uitzicht op zee. Man/ eigenaar spreekt iets Engels.
Weg er naar toe vanaf laatste bushalte is vrij steil afdalend. Taxi geen luxe. Naar rustig strand in mei 150 meter. Kleine supermarkt om de hoek. Vers brood reserveren. In middag op. Mooie wandelroute naar oa Sinerades aldaar lekker gegeten authentiek restaurant.

Sauber und zweckmäßig, angenehme Atmosphäre
Wir haben in Haus Tonia 8 Tage im Juli verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Außenmöbel schon etwas abgenutzt. Nach der Hälfte der Zeit bekamen wir neue Wäsche. Zu der schönen, großen Terrasse muss man von der Küche durch das Kinderzimmer oder einmal außen um die Wohnung herumlaufen. Tagsüber war es im Juli zu heiß um dort zu sitzen. Hinter der Küche ist noch ein kleiner, schattiger, privater Platz. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (mit Gabriele) war per E-Mail und sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Einfache Wohnung in schöner Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe des Strandes von Pelekas, es sind ca. 5-10 min Fußweg dorthin. Pelekas Stadt mit netten Tavernen, denn Aussichtspunkt Kaisers Throne und Cocktailbars ist nicht weit entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Ein Mietwagen ist obligatorisch aufgrund der starken Steigung.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz, den wir allerdings kaum genutzt haben da die Auffahrt auf die Straße abenteuerlich ist. Es ist aber möglich an der Straße zu parken.
Die Wohnung selbst ist nur sporadisch mit alten abgenutzten Möbeln ausgestattet, in der Küche gibt es zB nur eine einzige kleine Pfanne und ein einziges scharfes Messer, kein Schneidebrett etc und auch nicht genug Tassen und Schüsseln für 4 Personen. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr alt und war nicht richtig sauber, der Backofen war dafür neu. Es reicht halbwegs aus um sich Frühstück zu machen, fürs Abendessen mussten wir improvisieren.
Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, es gibt keinen Duschvorhang und der Badteppich ist uralt. Zum Duschen muss man in er einer mini Badewanne kauern. Die Matratzen in den Einzel- und im Doppelbett sind steinhart und unbequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. An allen Fenstern gab es Mückengitter, was sehr gut war. Die große Terrasse ist traumhaft mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer, aber auch draußen sind die Möbel alt und abgenutzt. Die Tischdecke und die Sitzkissen waren dreckig, auch drinnen hat es an der Sauberkeit gemangelt.
Die Vermieter können kein Englisch/ deutsch, weshalb die Kommunikation etwas schwierig war. Sie sind aber sehr freundlich und nett.
Wer eine günstige Wohnung mit toller Lage aber dafür mit wenig Komfort sucht, ist hier richtig.

Einfache Wohnung mit sehr schöner Terrasse
Die Terrasse hat uns begeistert. Vor dem Haus verläuft die Straße zum Strand, hat uns aber nur wenig gestört. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung eher zweckmäßig (Sitzplatz und Klimaanlage nur in der Küche, Duschmöglichkeit nur in Sitzbadewanne ohne Spritzschutz). Die Vermieterin (wohnt im Haus) ist sehr herzlich und bemüht. Sie spricht allerdings nur griechisch, sodass sich leider kein Gespräch entwickeln konnte.
