Hotel em si = bom; localização = ruim
O Hotel Luna Serrana em si é bom, oferece bom café da manhã, possui quartos com televisão, aquecedor, banheiro, camas confortáveis e internet wi-fi, além de ter serviço de quarto. O pessoal é super atencioso, fornecendo tomadas e adaptadores, além de estar sempre a disposição para o que for necessário, assim como trazer informações aos turistas, sendo este o maior ponto positivo do hotel: o serviço do pessoal que trabalha lá. Já em relação aos pontos negativos, um deles é a localização do hotel, algo que fica a desejar, por se encontrar em uma região muito distante; além do fato da água do hotel demorar muito tempo para ficar quente, assim como o aquecedor, que funcionava, mas não eficiente para aquecer o quarto todo.

Hotel Luna Serrana
O pessoal é solícito e muito atencioso, porém, as instalações deixam muitíssimo a desejar. Quarto e banho muito precários (ducha ineficiente e espaço reduzido, inexistência de equipamento adequado para suporte de malas, cabides, etc), roupa de cama e banho manchadas, limpeza do quarto com pouco zelo. Café da manhã muito fraco. Custo benefício completamente desequilibrado (cobra caro e entrega pouco).

le faltan cosas elementales, por ej. falto limpieza en las habitaciones, en los tres días de estadia solo hicieron las camas, el salón para desayunar muy básico le falta de todo desde algo de música, un LCD algo que corte el silecio algo de decoración para hermosear el lugar demaciado básico, falta terminar los pisos le da un muy mal aspecto, en general un lugar demaciado básico. La gente y la atención bastante buena, muy poca gente haciendo todas las tareas, cocineros, mucamas, etc. todo en dos personas.
