On the ground floor, the main living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a television, and a hi-fi system, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 bed and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, a shower and WC, and also opens onto the terrace. A second bedroom on the same floor offers 1 bed and 1 french bed of 160 cm. A third, smaller room contains 1 french bed of 160 cm. The ground floor also includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, and a freezer, along with a dining table and direct access to the terrace. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.
